Michelle if that is the case you should have asked for a refund. Maybe you were not as unhappy as you say. You seem like you just want to create problems because I dont see anyone else on here with issues.

COME TO SUNNY BEACH TANS !!!.
I AM THE OWNER OF SUNNY BEACH TANS . TWO YEARS IN A ROW WE HAVE BEEN VOTED THE BEST TANNING SALON IN SUGAR LAND .
JODI , THE LADY THAT LEFT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IS MAD BECAUSE WE DIDN'T ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS .
EVERY TIME SHE COMES SHE CREATES TROUBLES JUST TO GET SOMETHING FREE .
OUR VERSA SPA SPRAY TAN MACHINE IS BRAND NEW AND WORKS PERFECTLY AND MY EMPLOYEE IS VERY WELL TRAINED AND CERTIFIED AND WE MAINTAIN ALL EQUIPMENT IN PERFECT WORKING CONDITION .

DO NOT GO TO SUNNY BEACH TANS!. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I have been going there for over a year and half only due the fact I purchased a large number of tans at one time. BIG MISATAKE. Everytime I go there something is not working properly on the Versa Spa. The owner does not show the girls how to work it nor monitor that they are following through on the upkeep. It also sprayed half of my body only due to a nozzle break! These machines are not properly looked after so please dont make the same mistake I did! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

great place, excellent service. When I first stepped into Sunny Beach Tans, I instantly knew that this was where I wanted to have a tanning membership. I was kindly welcomed in by the staff and had automatically received their undivided attention. They were very informative. And unlike other tanning salons I've been to, they do not pressure their customers into buying memberships or anything like that. They're very understanding of their customer's needs. The facility is extremely clean and well-kept, and I love the atmosphere. The service is wonderful. And they have everything you need and more. And I must add that the prices are very reasonable. I'm really satisfied with Sunny Beach Tans and I highly recommend it!

This is the tanning salon you want to use!.
I had made calls to several tanning salons in the area. The larger ones gave me the big sales pitch that went on for 5 minutes even though I was very specific about what I wanted. It was refreshing to talk to the people at Sunny Beach, they gave me the price for the package I wanted and it was even cheaper than their competitors!
Even better is the service once you arrive; everyone is so friendly and informative. You get free disposable protective eye-wear, wipes if you need them, towels, and the facility is super clean. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone.

Great Customer Service.
I visited this Tanning Salon when it was Royal Tan.
The new owners have created a much friendly environment. You are greeted by name each time with a friendly smile.
Unlike the larger tanning salons they are willing to actually explain their packages and find one that will work for you personally. Highly recommend

Great Tanning Salon. I have been to tanning salons before, but I have never done sunless tanning. The staff was very willing to go through the process and explain everything to me. I also really appreciated that they understood my need to try things out without a long term commitment...which is not always the case at tanning places. I highly recommend this place.

Tanning. I have been to many different tanning salons in the Sugar Land area and not one of them even come close to the friendly service, cleanliness, and professional attention they offer. The tanning beds are upscale and well maintaned. I give Sunny Beach a Five Star!!!!!!!!

This is one of the best tanning salons! A variety of beds and lotions to choose from. The new owners - Chuck and his wife are fantastic! They take time to chat and remember your name! The staff is friendly too!
The beds are always clean. The facility is clean!
I love that they have wipes in every room!
Get a chance stop by... tell them the NAP LADY sent you!
I highly recommend it to anyone!

Best tanning without the sun!.
Sunny Beach Tans is, by far, the best tanning facililty I've ever visited! Under new ownership, it features state-of-the-art equipment, including the fantastic Versaspa Skin Care System. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable; they make you feel right at home!
It's conveniently located in Sugar Land on Lexington, across the street from First Colony Mall.
