Prompt, Great Service. I contacted Benchmark's Parts Today because my oven needed repair. I had checked several repair places on the web and read the reviews. I also contacted Jenn Air who recommended that I call Benchmark's Parts Today. The technician (Lee) called ahead to let me know he was on his way. When I originally called the oven door was locked so I only had the oven brochure which had 3 model numbers. Lee checked prior to coming out to make sure he had the parts that would support all models and failure codes. He quickly and efficiently determined what the issue was and replaced the part. Lee was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions. I will definitely call Benchmark's Parts Today for any future appliance repairs. Thank you Lee and Benchmark!
We recently contacted Benchmark's Parts Today for a washing machine repair (recommended by a Lowe's salesman). The technician called ahead to let us know he was on the way. He arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. We opted to have the repairs made and the technician started immediately. All repairs were completed promptly and at the price quoted. The owner even stopped by to make sure everything was going good.
We were very pleased with the service, the fair price, and the friendliness and knowledge of both the tech and owner, Lee & Mike. Happy to recommend!
Man! This crew is great!. While booking my service call, the person at Benchmark at first grilled me about my appliance's problem. At first I didn't feel comfortable but I was assured it was done to make the technician's job more efficient. My service man, Lee, arrived the next morning & it was discovered that my 14 month old Whirlpool wall oven wasn't covered under any type of warranty and it needed some very expensive parts. Lee phoned his office and Scott there helped me with Whirlpool. Low and behold somehow Scott got Whirlpool to pay for it all and now it works great without the glitches it had. THANK YOU SCOTT, LEE, AND BENCHMARK !!!***
Crooked!. Horrible experience! Save yourself, time, $$ and anguish and go with the other guy.

I almost gave up hope of having my six year old Whirlpool refrigerator repaired after being told it couldn’t be fixed by one national company and was quoted the repair was too costly by another. Refusing to accept that news, I ventured to the local Home Depot store where those folks referred me to a guy whom they said can do it if no one else can! So I decided to try out this local parts dealer as suggested. The gentleman behind the counter, Mr. Mike, explained to me what could possibly be going on with my refrigerator. He offered to have his technician come out but I couldn’t afford another costly service call. Instead Mr. Mike directed me as to what to look for and guided me on how I could fix it. Thus my Saturday honey-do project began to gel together. Much to my astonishment along with assistance from my son, I was able to do the repair for a fraction of my second quote. My fridge isn’t dead and in fact it is much alive and even making ice again! Thank you Benchmark and Mr. Mike for your help! You were very knowledgeable, helpful and reasonably priced! You have a loyal customer in me.
You Guy's Rock. I have used Benchmark's Parts Today for many years. The owner is the most knowledgeable repair man I know. He has diagnosed appliance problem over the phone and been correct every time. My father-in-law's frig stopped cooling and the sear repair man said it would cost $595 to repair it and suggested they buy a new frig. I told my father-in-law to call Benchmark. He explained everything to them and they repaired the frig the next day for $190.00. I am also a business owner and like Benchmark we try to make all of our customers happy. There are times that unfortunantely it doses not hapen .
Whats the beef. I am truely shocked by the negative reviews that are being left. It seems to me, since I have always received excellent service from Lee at Benchmark's Parts Today, that someone is just trying to "raise a stink". Lee is always prompt, professional, and commited to excellence. He has repaired several appliances for me, from Microwave, to Washer. In fact, Lee is such a find, that I followed him to Benchmark's Part Today because he has always delivered on all commitments. Each time the bill came in well under any competition. The appliance that was repaired lasted years after the repair, when other places had told me to trash it and just get a new one. Of course the other places wanted me to purchase through them. Lee, with Benchmark's Parts Today in Spring, has always delivered on the quality and professionalism promised, and gone above and beyond to be pleasant, and helpfull. Lee at Benchmark's Parts Today will continue to get my business.
You may as well toss you $$ out the window!!. Avoid this place like the plaque ...unless you have money to throw out the window and if you do...well you may as well just do that and save yourself a whole lot of aggravation and frustration! This company doesn't seem to care about consumers...well theres actually several companies out there which have scammed me or a family member which I have vowed to make sure as many people become aware of their business practices as possible. And just because you change your name and get rid of my old online complaints doesn't mean I won't re-post!!
DISGRACEFUL. Especially in todays economy it is important to support local small businesses, however, what about those small businesses such as Benchmark (Maytag) that $teals and uses clients for profit ONLY?? This is a DISGRACE this is 1 reason the last of the local small businesses are no longer able to hold on!! people don't trust them to deal honestly with them!! I can tell you Benchmark is NOT honest and Fair in their dealings...if they were our family would not have had to hire an attorney to take them to court to get them to honor their contract!! HELLO!!??

This company does not respect their customers or consumers...as a matter of fact I personally think they HATE them...they ONLY Love their $$; they could do without the rest of the use of the people themselves. They suck!! Total lack of service, total carelessness, hateful, I've filed a lawsuit on them. And plan on winning!!
