I came home from vacation to a fridge that had stopped cooling. Benchmark was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Amazingly, they knew there had been a recall on the part that was broken and the service call and repair was done at no charge to me. I was desperate and they did not have to volunteer that information. I was so happy when I didn't have to buy a new fridge or pay hundreds to have my old one repaired. Kyle and Mike were personable as well as professional. Mike gave me good advice on an old dryer that had been giving me trouble. They were done in jig time and my fridge is still running like a champ! Their business card has a permanent place on my fridge.

Great Service. I had a problem with my electric dryer not heating. I called benchmark. They told me what the problems

could be. Asked me to to bring in my heating element

and thermostats so they could test them. Saved me lots of time and money. Thanks Benchmark. Again!

Always Helpful. These guys have repaired multiple units in my home and i have always been impressed with how quickly

and affordable they get the job done. I recommend Benchmark to anyone with appliance problems that need solving.

Great Service Nothing like sears. Sears charges way too much and they don't know who you are after you buy something you are just a number in a national data base.

I got a Dishwasher professional installed by Benchmark and then later something went wrong, it was not cleaning right. I called Benchmark and they told me how to call to set up service with the factory and looked after me personally. Lee came out and fixed the problem in ONE stop, turns out I was not getting enough water. Way to take care of the customer after the sale.

And, while he was here he answered all of my questions about the washer and dryer I bought from sears, and saved me from having a service call which they may not have paid for because all I needed to do was clean the exaust duct for the dryer. I will Definetely Call them back.

STAY AWAY, SHOULD HAVE CALLED SEARS. First let me be clear and say that this review is not towards the technician. The TECH was professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

The management of this business is another story.

First they Quoted me a complete price for repair plus parts which i paid in full when the tech came to do the initial diagnosis.

A week later i got a phone call explaining that the wrong part had been ordered (no mention of price change) and that they needed to reschedule.

I reschedule the appointment to Thursday from 4 to 6 pm.

I took an hour off from work to make it home by 4. At 6:45 PM i got a call saying that the technicians was 45 minutes away from my house. I told them to reschedule.

They finally came to install the part, only now i find out that the correct part is an additional 76 dollars and i owe them some money. When I was CLEARLY told when I paid in full the first time (2 weeks ago now) that I would not owe them anything else.

The technician was kind enough to call his manager to discuss the situation because:

1st The wrong part got ordered.

2nd the wrong price was quote and paid for.

3rd at this point it’s been two weeks of this shenanigan.

4thThey completely missed the scheduled installation window.

His manager basically told him "too bad". After this response I decided that i have better things to do than to deal with unorganized, unscrupulous, shady business like this and just cut them a check.

I should have gone with SEARS.

I would NOT RECOMMEND. Stay away. I know you’re reading this saying “hmmm I support local shops, let me give them a chance” THAT IS WHAT I THOUGHT. The Only reason I went with them is because they are a business in my neighborhood.

i ended up getting burned.

GE Refrigerator Ice Maker Repair. Found them in the Yellow Pages and looked them up on the Web. I emailed them and they called. The followed up with calls to me about my problem. The Tech, Lee, showed me the problem and gave me a better understanding of our refrigerator. I will use Benchmark again for any appliance issue we have in the future. Great people and process.

Very pleased. I have ordered and picked up parts at Benchmark's Parts Today for the last few years. I went in last weekend to pick up a part that I had ordered and talked to the owner, Mike, about a problem I was having with my gas cooktop. He suggested a service call and I was due for one. Lee came to my house a few days later within the time frame I was quoted. He was friendly. He checked my gas cooktop and we talked about the problem. He also checked my diswasher's lower rack and suggested a solution. Then he asked if anyone had showed me how to remove my wall oven doors for easier cleaning. I said no, and he promptly showed me. No one else had taken the time during the install. I thought the price was fair for a service call. I would recommend Lee and Benchmark's Parts Today.

Awesome parts store!. These guys are great!! After reading all of the bad reviews I was a little worried - but they are awesome. I called about a part for an archaic oven in my house - literally I think the thing is from the late 70's - they didn't have it in stock, but the part was there first thing in the morning! They were cheaper and faster than anywhere I looked online - seriously these are the people to know if you fix your own stuff.

Great Service!!. The Guys from Benchmark's Parts are great!! We called Sunday night, they called back Monday morning and were at our home Monday afternnoon. Got the job done.

Service over and above! Wow!. We ordered 4 dryer parts and there was a huge mess up with shipping from the warehouse in Oklahoma City. We only received one of the parts. The owner PERSONALLY came to our home to deliver the missing parts to our order. Wow! What great service. We are so excited to have our dryer working again. Thanks, Benchmark. Highly recommend to all. If a company is willing to go that far to take care of customers, I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
