Staff needs overhaul. The food is good, granted that. The staff is bad. There was one time I was on my lunch break and I was waiting and waiting to be served yet to no avail. FINALLY, another waitress from another section had to serve me because my intended waitress refused to serve me. There was also a time also when I was on my break, the hostess had to serve my food.(gosh...)my usual server HAS NEVER ONCE SMILED. This is more of a couples place. The waitresses seem to frown upon people who come alone. There were two waitresses who I really liked and were friendly. Other than that, this place needs a big overhaul.

Seafood is good, but not great. Would not recommend because of customer service from hostess to waiter.. The place did not live up to what we had heard. Upon arrving, we wer told to sit our party of nine would take 30 - 45 minutes. This ended taking a hour! We did get promp service we seated from the waiter. This was were everything stopped as far as service. The food took another 40 minutes to arrive ( this was NOT orderering salads or appetizers ). The waiter made no effort to appologize for the wait and my plate was snet back to the kitchen becuase it was not even warm. The food was good, but not for the price. The manager did make some attempt to apologize and offered us coupons for free appetizers on the next visit. The best part was we had the tip added to the bill for the number of people in our party. I did mark my off and paid just for the food! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY TIPS ADDED TO YOUR BILL! Not a restuarant for kids either.

poor Customer Service, Average Food, pricey. Food is tasty but be ready for modest portions and what I compare to be above average prices. The place never seems crowded when we walk by. Attitude of the staff really needs help. During one visit, my family witnessed one female server cursing a male server near closing time. The female was using language I did not appreciate my family hearing. She physically pushed chairs stacked on tables for closing, off onto the floor, and management staff did NOTHING to stop this tyrade in front of other customers. We WILL NOT be back and won't encourage any of our friends in the Woodlands to do so, either.
