Very confident. Fortunate to have exact truck I wanted on order. Sales rep. represented new Ford well. Sold me on ecoboost. Hope it lasts. Bad past experience with competitor service department. Look forward to much better service here. Deliver specialist is a new service to me. It appears to be a great service but we have just started started. Benjamin seems very confident he knows all about vehicle and will show me all features.

Thanks. I went in expecting to be hassled, as that is the usual with car buying, but I was pleasantly surprised. My salesperson ( Brett Rodiguez) made it the best experience I have ever had during a car purchase. I made my dicision & drove my new vehicle home that night Thanks

7a to 7p service is complete lie.. Stopped in for service on my work truck at 4pm this afternoon (Monday). A simple tweak to the computer to activate the cruise control is all i needed. Service writer told me that their techs only worked from 8a to 5p during the week. What about that $2000 neon sign on the building that says service open from 7a to 7p? We only do oil changes after 5pm he says. He also refused to suggest another dealer who might be open.

What a surprise. A car dealer that lies in its advertising and who pretends they're the only dealer in the world.

If they can't tell you the truth in their advertising, how can they possibly be trusted to tell the truth when you need something repaired--or when you buy a car from them?

And people wonder why the world thinks Americans are lazy and stupid? What a typical American work ethic.

Great job. the service advisor was fantastic. i had an alignment problem while vacationing and I talked to him on the phone and he set up and appointment within an hour. alignment was done within estimated repair time and he reviewed findings and work. did a great job.

Gullo beats the competition!. Dennis, my salesman was the only salesman from all the Ford dealers I visited that seemed to care about my purchase after I would say that I am not going to make a purchase the day of my visit. At one dealer (Champion) I was passed of to another salesman and could only talk with the fleet/internet salesperson when I was ready to purchase the SUV. FYI..I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Champion Ford in the past but probably will not go back again. It is not the same dealership I remember. Gullo on the other hand, went out of there way to work with me to get the car I wanted and was able to work around my schedule to get it ready when I returned from a business trip.
