Top Notch!!!! I will put them against anyone and they will come out on TOP!!!. I grew up in Louisiana and have eaten more crawfish than I want to think about. This is by far the PERFECT Boiled Crawfish. The seasoning is better than I have had anywhere...every crawfish pealed so easy....I WILL NOT go anywhere else and I have quit boiling them myself...I can't do it as good as these guys...Try it for yourself...it is a no brainer. I saw they are adding a full service area...can't wait!!!! Hungry talking about it. I am going tonight!!!!

By far the best crawfish in Houston. This is the only place I've found in Houston to get crawfish that is always seasoned and cooked correctly. I've had sub-par experiences with Mardi Gras grill and Ragin Cajun. I now make the drive to Humble when I want crawfish.
