I wanted to like these guys. I went to get a front end alignment on my Toyota. The first time, it was done all wrong. Wrong settings, very sloppy work. I downloaded the correct settings and took it back. The mgr said I replaced something in the front end, I hit something, I did something. I showed him his alignment printout and he caved. Then, after making me wait 1-1/2 hours, told me to come look at the result of their work. I showed him where they were using the wrong settings and didn't match either my truck's correct settings or the settings I gave them to use. He said too bad, can't help you. My truck is still messed up and I'm out $60. Good luck finding a repair shop.

Good deal no hassle. I called last minute. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Quick service and quality work. Will definitely be going back for all my automotive needs. I have to say this is one of the best shops out there. They give you a quote and that is what I paid.

Great Service and excellent prices. Someone stoled my catalitic converter so this left me searching for the best prices I could find. Rich I am not!!

I called the dealership and they wanted between $1,300 and $1,400 to repair it. Another shop wanted between $600 and $700 dollars. Wow this is too much for me right now. I then called Z's and had it repaired for $340 and I was out in less than 30 minutes. I will always take my cars to them. They will treat you right!!!

Best Service Ever. I moved from out of town and bought a car. The car would not pass emission. Not only were they way cheaper then Midus, but they would have matched thier price if not beaten it. The staff is very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was just by reading my emission chart, which 3 places could not tell me the right answer. The owner is a reasonable man and will work with you, Highly recommended from me.

Would not go here ever again. Never going back myself, would not recommend to anyone. The owner has a criminal record, all they try to do is rip you off for money, and the owner does nothing about it. A prime example of a corrupt shop.

Quick and fast quality service. For many years now I have gotten my cars worked on by Z's Auto. For many years now I have felt the same way about the service that I have received. If they continue to do business the way that they do at Z's Auto & Muffler, they will continue to get my business for all of my servicing for all of my cars. I highly recommend Z's Auto for any standard or aftermarket service.
