WOW!. WHen I walked into the door was treated very well by one of the stylists. Friendly, joking, smiling. Then she called over a very young girl to cut my hair. I did not judge just giving description. Girl did not say anything but hi with this distgust like I was wasting her time. We sat at her station and I gave her a picture to see the cut I wanted. I am not sure if this is helpful to a stylist or not just thought it might help. The girl showed me a picture on the wall and said that is the same cut. I disagreed. She agrued it was so I let her proceed.( the cut on the wall looked good as well). She asked which gaurd I would like and I told her the picture was not shaved it was siccor cut. she then got rude and started talking down to me. Now the same stylist who checked me in stepped in and told her this a potential new client, BE NICE. SHe continued to cut my hair and did not say another word. She was done and WOW, it looked nothing like the picture. I am open minded so I went home showered and tried to see how I could style it. I have had cut before that I did not get what I wanted but I usually make it work. This cut is horrible. My wife keeps saying the same thing. It is only hair but I grew it out to get a type of cut I wanted and now I have a long way to go to get there again. It looks like a kid got a pair of siccors and started practicing. I am going back to see if they can fix it or not. Just thought the hype is not always justified. Please give names or stylists that can do a good mens cut. I am off 242.

By far the best hair salon around.. I get my hair cut at Texas Hair Team. They have the BEST customer service of all time. My stylist always listens to what I want and when I am not sure of what I am looking for she throws out her ideas as well. Most places do whatever they want regardless of what you want. I would highly recommend Texas Hair Team to cut your hair and not to mention their prices are great. Thanks Texas Hair Team!!!

SO RUDE!. I went in there on Sunday March, 16. It wasnt really my original plan but i was having a hard time finding a salon open on Sunday. A man and his young daughter walked up to the door about the same time i did. But i let them go in front of me. They walk up to the desk and the receptionist walks the man over to the chair to get his hair cut... im now waiting at the receptionist desk and i figure she will be right back after she seats the man. WRONG! She ( THE RECEPTIONIST!) just starts cutting his hair! Im still standing at the desk not even being aknowledged. After a few minutes i just walked out. I thought that was just so rude. She never even looked at me or said a word to me!!! I can tell you with that kind of service from the receptionist/ (stylest apparently) you shouldnt expect anything better from the actual stylist that serves you! I WILL NOT GO THERE EVER AGAIN!
