Inside the sunlit space, certified Bikram instructors lead practitioners through the 90-minute class consisting of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Both the men's and women's change rooms have a steam room and showers.

This is the most beautiful, 5-star, detail-oriented, customer friendly yoga studio i've ever been to. It's warm and welcoming all the time. The classes are a REAL workout! it's intense and fun at the same time. the heat makes you feel like a TOTALLY different person once you've walked out of a cold shower afterwards! The teachers are great. they're dedicated and knowledgable and are there after class to answer any questions about poses or diet or lifestyle. i became addicted to yoga years ago and feel LUCKY to have found this studio to really finally learn about yoga. namaste!

Arnie and Jen (the owners) are really great. All of the teachers are really awesome. It is enriching and very healing. My father has healed his sciatica, tennis elbow, and tendonitis; and I am working on healing my knee! The facilities are very nice as well! Bikram Yoga The Woodlands is the best yoga studio ever!!
