People are thieves. These people can not fix phones with out trying to change parts and charge you more than they tell you what it is going to cost. These people lie and dont repair your phone in house they send it somewhere else to get fix.

Unlocked Phones!!!!. I upgraded my T-Mobile account at this location in January of this year and I upgraded to purchase an unlocked phone. I love the phone! it is a samsung S3600 flip phone and obtaining the settings was a breeze the owner of the store was very nice and after going to a website to obtain the settings for the samsung phone and was not able to he called T-mobile (he actually called twice) and finally configured the phone for me. This store is actually unique because they sell unlocked phones and can get every thing up and running for you. I never had any issues with their phones. I continuously purchase from them.

SCAM. We originally used this store for a cellphone repair and had no problems. So when we decided to add a line to our account and buy a phone as a X-mas present, we returned since they are an authorized AT&T retailer. We purchased a new AT&T(supposedly) phone in the box. After the gift was opened and my daughter could not access the internet, we contacted AT&T for help. We were told by AT&T, that we had been given a European phone, and that it would not work with the US system. My husband took the phone back to the store, to either return it or to be given the correct phone. The owner proceeds to scream at him, telling him that it will work. The owner then calls AT&T repeatedly (trying to get a different rep each time), screaming at them, demanding that settings be given to him. Each time they explain that the phone will not work on AT&T's system since it is a European phone. He refuses to grant a refund, even though the receipt states there is a 30 day return policy, and we were well within the 30 days. Finally, after another customer enters the store, the owners partner states- "just give him the real phone". THE REAL PHONE???? They had the correct actual US phones in their stockroom but are trying to pass off the European ones to their customers. I am sure that these European phones were bought at a massive discount, and they make more profit pawning these off as US phones, and keeping the "real" phones to sell at an even larger profit. This store is a complete and total scam operation, and the owner(s) will scream at you and tell you to leave their store if you try to have an issue corrected. This is because they are well aware of what they are doing and don't like being "caught" in the scam. We have reported this company to AT&T (since they are an authorized retailer) .
