Looking for Customer service? DO NOT SHOP HERE!. I have always been an avid patron of Francesca's. I had never been to the one on Woodway and decided to try it out when I happened to be in the area. With every Francesca's I had been to prior, I was always warmly greeted and treated with kindness. I am not one of those high-maintenance shoppers but I do require at lease a "hello" or a "how are you today" when I enter a store. I thought that was what, at the very least, customer service entailed. But, not one "hello" or "can I help you find anything" was uttered. I basically had to fend for myself. When I wanted to ask a question about a specific item, I was completely ignored by these women as they went on talking about who knows what. I also had to show myself to the dressing room which had never EVER happened to me at any other Francesca's boutique. I left without purchasing a thing when I could have easily bought several items. I would suggest to these ladies that you never know who is walking through that door and how much they would be spending. So treat everyone as if they are your last customer!

Best selection of jewlery!. If you need jewlery to go with that special outfit, or the right top, or purse or the right little cute gift to give that awesome friend, Francesca's is the place to go!
