Floral selection is amazing!!! Flowers, plants & more.............

Flowers were delivered and not sure what other reviews as we live in 77024 and order via consultation, phone and their website. I think staff was very helpful upon entry of store and helped with my delivery outside to my car several times with my large orders. I have talked to all staff members including designer who has helped me with several large events at our home.

NEVER BUY FLOWERS FROM WBT FLOWERS!!!

My husband bought some flowers for me from WBT Florist. He did not request delivery and he ordered half dozen of roses and a half dozen of tulips - the total price was $82.00. What I received was some limp tuplips that were almost dead and a half dozen of really small red roses that were already wilting on the tops and turning black. These gorgeous flowers were wrapped in crinkled up tissue paper with a sad little ribbon tied around them - FOR $82!!!!??? Are you serious!? So I called them and actually spoke to the owner Teresa who had no apologies and questioned everything. She promised to bring me more flowers by 4 and call me back. I never rec'd anything, not even the phone call. So at the end of the day I stopped by and took the flowers in for them to see. There was another man in there who was getting his money back as well because he paid $125 for a dozen roses to be delivered that day and it was 5pm and the roses were still sitting on the counter and they looked as sad as mine did. I asked him if he thought that the bouquet (if you can call it that) that I was holding looked like an $82 arrangement and he said "Please tell me that you did not pay that much for that! That is hideous - and there's no vase?". So then I knew for real that I was not being over critical and that I was on the mark. The owners were not there, but this really sweet person they had working there (poor girl having to correct the owners mistakes and take the heat) fixed a lovely arrangement for me and put it in a nice vase. That was the only saving grace. I will NEVER recommend or patron WBT Flowers again. The owner was rude, the flowers were pathetic, promises made were broken and the prices were way out of line for what they were sending out. I personally feel sorry for any person that recieved flowers yesterday from them, because I am sure I am no the only one that was disappointed. I hope that anyone who reads this takes heed and doesn't fall into their trap.
