No return with out a court order or an act of congress. Never will I buy from Best Buy. There return policy is not what I would call even remotely good. They treated me like it was my fault the I-Pod I bought for my daughter for X-mas that did not funtion well was my fault. They said they had to return it to the Apple Co. and I would have to wait 4-6 weeks to get it back. Also they said if they found evedance of water or it was dropped it I would have to pay for another one.

Best Buy made one sale, they will never get another out of me!!!!!!!
