Really disappointed. I was so excited about this shop since bridal consignment is such a cool concept, it had such a cute website, and fantastic reviews. However, it really fell flat. I came in on a weekday and was therefore the only bride in the store. While I was impressed with the sheer number of gowns the store had, particularly in my size, the gowns themselves weren't in the pristine condition I had expected from the website description and some were downright dingy with stains. In addition, the prices weren't as phenomenal as I had been led to believe on this website. While the average price gown is $399 according to Marry Go Round's website, it seemed like everything I saw was $800 on up. In addition, while the customer service person zipped up/tied up the back of the dresses for me, she really was no help at all otherwise. She had a very pedantic way about her and was quite rude when some of the dresses didn't fit, practically ripping the gown from me saying

no, don't even try" and even taking gowns away in the same size saying "Oh, those won't fit either" without asking. Based on my shopping experiences at other stores, I was anywhere from a size 8 to a size 14 so clearly bridal sizing (like all women's sizing) is not standardized (I wear a 10 in "street clothes"). She also was totally unable to comment on alterations. I know they don't have an alterations person on staff, but since it's a consignment shop it'd be nice to have the sales people be a little knowledgeable about the process...after all, you have to buy the dress before you truly know it can be altered and it's not like the dresses were that cheap that if it didn't work you'd say "oh well" without batting an eyelash.

Overall, I had high hopes for this store but was very very disappointed. I can't comment on their responsiveness or flexibility since I didn't get a gown there, but since it's consignment it's pretty much take it or leave it

Gorgeous dresses at a great price!. I am so happy to recommend this place to any bride! The staff here is incredibly helpful and it was lovely to go to a store with so many options! I found my dress on the first day of looking thanks to Marry Go Round and the prices were excellent. You can also get veils here and they are helpful with recommending good places for tailoring and any other wedding info you may need!

BRIDES BEST FIND!!!!!. I have to say I was a little nervous about "browsing" at a "gently worn" wedding dress shop, but I all my fears were put to rest when I walked in this elegant shop! I could not believe the selection and the customer service was incredible! I felt like a true bride. I have been to SEVERAL other shops and not one of them compares to this one. I found my dream dress at such an afforadable price that I can use the savings towards more fabulous flowers! Thanks Marry Go Round for making this bride to be feel like a true princess!

great selection. I was very impressed with their dress selection. Their prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful. I had already purchased my dress but was able to get all my accessorires for half the price I would have paid somwhere else. I wish that I would have gone to Marry go Round first before decideing on my dress!

Some dresses may not be such a bargain, but actually overpriced!!!. Buyer beware! I went to this boutique looking for a great deal, but instead got ripped off. I bought my Mary L. Couture gown for $299.00 from Marry Go Round and later found that the retail price was much cheaper (sold at Nordstrom?s for $188.00). I could have bought a NEW version of the dress in my size and the color I wanted, but instead got stuck with a dress 2 sizes too large and in ivory. I went back hoping to return the dress or get a price match, but the manager did nothing. So my advice to future brides in search of a bargain gown: search online and other places first, and if you find a dress at Marry Go Round, MAKE SURE IT REALLY IS A BARGAIN!!! I saw on their website that they are selling another dress exactly like mine, so if you fall in love with it, check out Nordstrom?s or EBay first!

This little boutique is a gem! Friendly service and fabulous prices!. Marry go round is a small bridal boutique with great service. They sell a mixed variety of dressed off the r*ck- no special orders etc etc..... most of the dresses are a steal at $~300. There are a few consignment dreses, but most are brand new. I didn't find what I was looking for, but wish I did. This little store is a gem and deserves great success!

Great prices for a Bride on a budget. What a pleasant surprise ... I had a much more personal experience than at the other big Bridal chain stores I went to first. I love that I found the dress of my dreams for only $399!!! I would definitely recommend checking out Marry go Round for their friendly service and great prices!
