This place is the worst place you can get your car fix or tow to. They 're scammers , liars and very rude. All they care is how to rip one off. They will lure you to sign paper for them if you didn't sign it, they will still find a way of charging you money even though they didn't do anything to your car. Please don't go. I don't trust them at all.I hope City of Houston will shut down some of these crooks in collision and storage services parading themselves as businessmen. Anyone who recommends them are on their pay list.

A Toyotec Customer for life!. To say me and my girlfriend are accident prone is an understatement. This year we have been involved in 3 accidents none of which were our fault! Each time we took it to Toyotec and each time we were more than pleased with the service we received. The people who work inside are always glad to help . I always get multiple estimates from shops and every time Toyotec has given the lowest quoted price. The guys who work in the shop do great work. Parts others said needed to be replaced they repaired to a like new condition. Basically, I have decided that this is the place to bring a vehicle for body repair. I recommend them to all my friends and I will be a customer for Life. If you take your car anywhere else you will be making a huge mistake!

THIS IS JUST A LITTLE REVIEW ON TOYOTEC I HAVE READ AND READ BOUT THIS PLACE BUT NOTHING I HAVE READ ABOUT TOYO IS TRUE. PPL LOVE TO TALK AND TYPE BUT IF YOU DONT GO FOR YOUR SELF YOU WLL NEVER KNOW WHAT THEY ARE REALLY ABOUT THIS PLACE IS LIKE ONE BIG FAMILY AND WLL HELP IN ANY WAY THEY CAN!!! ALL THE WAY JUST NOT HALF, GREAT WORK!!!! LOVE TOYOTEC

Great Service. In 2006 I took my car on for repair and got a rental car. Well as bad luck would have it I wrecked the rental car. Ok well I didnt have insurance for the rental but David was so nice and gave me time to pay for the rental car damage as well as for my repairs on my car. Ever since then my whole family has been taking there cars there, no problem. Thank god there is such nice people to help you out

Don't Go THERE, I Warned YOU!!. I called about to see how much to get my Brake Pads done. Owner David gives me the price of $85 parts & labor for a Brake Job on Sat, and asks me to bring in my car Monday Morning. I bring my my car and I bring my OWN Parts! My Bill comes up to $120!! WTF!?? After Speaking to David & Ron, they say oh IT is What it IT, and "Don't WASTE MY TIME"? Are you Serious?? After screwing me around for they are Nickle and Diming me for additional Labor and Machining Rotors?? Are you serious??? THey Definately give Jewish People a Bad Name!!!

I will not be going back to them. David is a Crook and So is Ron. I feel sorry for people working under them, because they probably get treated like Crap also. BIG TIME LIAR, CHEATERS & CROOKS, DON"T GO THERE!!! I WARNED YOU!!

Always Pleasant and Great Service. I was in a car accident and they took great care of me with follow-up calls and working with the insurance company. I brought my car in again for something else and even though I had to wait it was worked on and fixed. I called my normal mechanic and they were going to charge $150-$200 just to replace and electric door motor and they charged me under $100 and used MOPAR part direct from the other Dealer and have gone to also. So the parts are the same as the dealer but much cheaper.

I can be a wait since their mechanics have a lot of work but I always believe that everyone needs to have an expectation of the time it will take to get the job done.

GREAT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I WRECKED MY TRUCK AND WAS REFERED TO TOYOTEC FOR MY BODYSHOP REPAIRS. WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS TREATED VERY WELL. THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL INSURANCE INFORMATION AND GOT ME INTO A RENTAL VEHICLE WITH NO PROBLEMS. THEY MADE THE PROCESS OF HANDLING AN ACCIDENT MUCH EASIER AND SMOOTHER. I HAVE BEEN TO THEIR SHOP ON 2 OCCASIONS FOR TWO SEPERATE ACCIDENTS AND THE SHOP HANDLED EVERYTHING FOR ME WITH NO PROBLEMS. I RECCOMEND THIS SHOP TO EVERYONE!!! THEY HAVE GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PRICES. CHECK THEM OUT FOR YOURSELF!!!!

IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE. My car got into a terrible accident, the bumper and side were completely damaged. I took it into Toyotec, and although it was busy, the owner himself helped me sort everything out right away. Now my car is as good as new. Cheap prices and great services!!!

ALERT!! RUDE and SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!!. as soon as they find out I have insurance. $700 cash service becomes $2200.

I had to pay just deductible anyway, so it was OK

nightmare started after that.

THEY USE 3rd party CHEAP supplies.

I had to go there so many times and ask them to replace it.

the owner has very bad attitude saying he does not have all day for me (even though I had to wait there for an hour). (you will see..once he gets paid, he is a different person)

when I went there to pick up my car, it was the same exact material, and they did not do anything.

now I am calling insurance adjuster. (after going there skipping my work so many times and spend all my hours there waiting for my turn...they give me the same problems and lying that they replaced it)

Also, do even trust their $14.99 oil change with free car wash.

1st of all, the poor mexican gets $1 to wash your car and top of that $1, you still pay $14.99 + disposal fee of $4.99 +tax

so you pay maybe more than other place

DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I learnt my lesson hard way
