Raw wings and bland pizza. Let's see, they had to call back to get the address and credit card number AFTER I made the order, they were 40 minutes late, the wings were not cooked all the way through, and the pizza was cold and very bland. This place is pathetic, how can you spend all that money to invest in a pizza joint and server disgusting undercooked food? I don't get it.

good pizza, bad service. This was our first time ordering from here. We called in a delivery for a medium thin crust pep (which was good) and a medium regular crust Greek gyro (also good but ridiculously greasy), a piece of cheesecake (NOT worth the $3), baklava (also not worth 3 bucks), and a two liter- total cost: $32. The woman who took our order over the phone was rude and impatient, but the delivery driver was super nice and got here before ETA and we got everything we ordered. The baklava was pre-frozen i think, very disappointing. If we were craving pizza and didnt feel like driving anywhere, we MIGHT consider ordering from here again.

ALWAYS LATE. They are always late.I've ordered pizza from them for the simple fact that I was tired of the big chains. Tonight after an hour and twenty minutes I finally had it and called. I know one becce gets anywhere by being rude so I was nice as possible. When I asked for the manager the same person picked up the phone and "posed" as the manager. Laughable. Anyway when I have her my complaint she called the driver and I could overhear her being upset. I said I didn't want the pizza because how coils it be fresh? If she's mad at her driver it can only mean that it wasn't, right? She offered me a discount after that. Really? A discount for a crappy pizza? Here's a "discount" for you, how about you discount me from ever ordering a pizza from you!

I love the pizza!. They are an amazing pizza place and I can put up with their apathy for me if they make a good pizza but it is a downer...

Worst Service Possible. After ordering every week for about six months from this establishment my husband and I will now take our business elsewhere.We have had minor issues in the past with rudeness and comprehension of the same order week after week with the same employee named Jessica who we were told is the mgr.This evening she took our order wrong and after much bargaining her best solution was to return our money and we had to return the food.After waiting over an hour and being told it was not her fault it was ours and we made the mistake not her even though our order is always the same we were left without dinner at an hour we could no longer order elsewhere.Although the pizza is usually good,I wouldn't say it makes up for the negative experience I feel was inevitable as long as Jessica is on the Pizza Guy team.

the most desiring pizza in h-town. Pizza Guy is the place you want to go and take -out or call for delivery. Its crazy a pizza place is open 24/7 - 7 days a week. There food is delicious and makes you always go back for some more. Even though the girls who answer the phone are at times not so friendly the food makes it up for it.

Pizza Guy is the best pizza in Cy-Fair. Awesome!!! Pizza Guy has fantastic service, quick delivery, and awesome food. They also have coupons and competitive prices. They offer a large variety of pizzas and they don't skimp on the quantity of the toppings. They also offer pastas, bread sticks, and dessert. I've never had any of those, but if the pizza is any indication you won't be disappointed. Since the first of the year (2009) they've increased their menu selection, and they now deliver 24-7. The location closest to us is on Jones Road near the 1960 - 249 area. We're just a few minutes from the Willowbrook Mall. Give them a try, you won't regret it!!
