Minh Tri Jewelry is the best place to go in Houston if you’re looking for an amazing engagement ring shopping experience. I feel very fortunate to have purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring from Mark Dang because he was able to put all the important information of ring buying into layman’s terms. He did an excellent job teaching me the important aspects of finding the perfect diamond from the cut, clarity, color, and carat. Mark answered every question I threw at him, being that I was a first time ring shopper.

Mark was super accommodating to my working schedule. He was readily available every time I called him for help with locating diamonds on their online website. He always kept his word and even with a short notice, Mark did an incredible job personalizing my fiancé’s setting just in time for our vacation where I eventually proposed to her. Thanks Mark!

Their prices are reasonable and competitive with the current market. I actually purchased an engagement ring from a major retailer that shall not be named for almost the same price, but their diamond’s clarity, color, and carat was noticeably lower so returned it. I felt cheated and ripped off by the major retailer once I realized that their warranty, ring maintenance, and upgrade options were exactly the same as what Minh Tri has to offer, minus the overpriced cost from the major retailer.

After I proposed to my girlfriend, (She said yes!) I realized I got her ring size wrong and we had to go back to resize. I called Minh Tri and asked how long it would take to resize and they said a day or two. When I told them I needed it sooner than that they were able to accommodate me and allowed me to drop it off and pick it up in the same day, an hour or so later. It is obvious that they will go above and beyond to make your ring buying experience a smooth and enjoyable one. They are willing to educate you on their expertise and I definitely recommend going to them. You will not regret it.

dishonest business. Do not go there. They are dishonest people. I paid full price for my wedding ring ( name brand ring). The day picking up my ring, they gave me an imitation of the ring I looked at. You will never notice the dfference of the ring they made for you and the ring you saw. You thought that they would order ur ring from big name brand company. Instead, they imitate one just like it. Don't be a fool !!. Go to a trusted jewelry place. Do not Shop at MINH TRI.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!. My boyfriend and I were really looking forward to going to Minh Tri Jewelers but were disappointed. We are both Caucasian and are NOT racist by any means. We knew the area was known as China Town and we were comfortable with that, especially since Minh Tri carries the designer brand we were looking for (Verragio).

We were the only non-Asian people in there and we were not greeted when we walked in. We looked around for about 10 minutes, waiting to be approached until I finally asked a saleslady if someone can please help us. She did not even look at me. She just went and whispered something to a salesman and he then told us that he'll get someone to help us. He walked off, started chatting and laughing with a co-worker and 5 minutes later, that same co-worker finally decided to ask us if there's something we'd like to see! Well of course! We were shopping for engagement rings but no one seemed to want to help us.

We looked at a few rings but my boyfriend decided he does not want to spend thousands of dollars in a store that does not make you feel welcomed. The salesman didn't even attempt to "describe" the rings that we asked to look at. We left shortly after we looked at a few rings and felt as though we were discriminated against. Very SMALL INVENTORY, EXTREMELY POOR customer service and lacked professionalism as well. I would NOT recommend this jeweler, however, I DO recommend Nazar's Jewelers on Westheimer in the Galleria! I didn't even want to give this review 1 star but you have to give at least 1.

Highest Recommendation. I don't ordinarily post reviews, but my recent jewelry shopping experience with Minh Tri was so overwhelmingly pleasant that I was compelled to write something. They were so friendly and helpful even though we weren't ready to buy at the moment. We eventually came back to buy our engagement ring and wedding bands because we love the service so much. We worked with Mark and he was a blessing. He spent so much time to educate us about what to look for in diamonds and all the different ring styles. Their jewelry is truly beautiful and the quality is top notch. If you want great customer service and unique engagement settings, you have to go there!

Great Customer Service. My fiance and I came here a month ago after I lost my engagement ring over the summer. We were both very anxious to have our engagement ring replaced, but as you know it takes time to have everything documented for the insurance company as well as any jewelry store that you choose to have your piece replaced. Michael, one of the sales rep. at Minh Tri was very helpful in taking care of this process for us. He made sure we were up-to-date on everything that was going on with our claim. Within a month, we picked up our engagement ring (we had it picked out the day we showed up there), and my fiance and I both feel like we upgraded more than we had it replaced. Michael was great at making us feel comfortable with what we both liked and how much we were willing to spend. We're also coming back here to pick out our bands. They have a gorgeous selection and the customer service alone was wonderful.

Bad Jewelry Store in Houston. Minh Tri is not operated in timely as well as professional manner. They could not deliver our items on time as indicated on the receipt. After a month delay, they asked for more money in addition to the agreed price as shown on the receipt.

I strongly do not recommend this store.
