DO NOT GO HERE (new name: Anika's Fashions on Gulf Freeway)). Ordered my wedding dress in December. They said it would take 6 months to come in, which I thought was a little long, but I went ahead and purchased it. I paid the price in full that day. 6 months passed without a call from Anna's, so I called them. They were a little disorganized and I could hear children in the background on the phone, but they said the dress was in and I could pick it up. When I went to pick it up, the shop had been cleared out without notice of it moving. The website still had the same address. I tried calling, but no answer. I figured they had gone out of business. A few days later I tried calling again and they said they had moved. I went to the address they gave me, and it was "Anika's Fashions." The owner did not give explanation to the name/address change when I asked her, and she said they were going to call me and tell me they had changed addresses. Then when I tried on my gown, I just did not think it was right. I was by myself, though, and Anna and the associates pressured me into just taking the dress. When I got home, though, I realized that it was not the dress I ordered...it was a counterfeit. There was no hem and you could see the poor stitching up close. It also had no fabric tag inside it, just the paper tag safety pinned onto it. Then it hit me--the shop needed 6 months because they probably just made the dress themselves. I spent over $700 for a homemade dress that I would not get caught dead in--no less wear on my wedding day! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

DO NOT GO!!!!. DO NOT GO TO ANNAS BRIDAL EVER.. she will CHEAT you. i just recently quit because her husband was harrasing me.. even after all the obvious clues she didnt believe me and had the nerve to try & turn the friends i had made there against me because she tought i was only trying to breakup her marrige up, i tought i was doing her a favor bt i guess shes a stupid lady.. well to all her custumers let me just tell you that if you order a dress there, she will not order it she will simply give you the one she had in the racks make it the size u "ordered" & make you think is new, she will literately alter it take the tags off and put other size tags on it and everything. if it is not the color you want she will dye it the color & also make you think it is new.. the bouquets, rosarys etc.. she buys from harwin a cheap quincenera store & sell it for tripple. she doesnt really dry clean she just handscrubs it by hand with water & lets it dry outside, & then steam with dirty water im not lying simply go to the back and look at the water in the steamer they do not have hygene whats so ever. they have boxes for trashcans. if anybody thinks that they probably had a used dress you are probably right & u can most defenetly do something about it.. there is plenty evidence of this i am not making this up i did not agree with this because they did make me lie to custumers & it didnt feel right but i needed the job but now that i dont because of her perverted husband i am not holding back.. im taking all this to texas workforce .. if you ever go when steve is there which i advice you not go go period & you r a big girl he will have no shame in telling u not to waste his time u wont find a dress there for u and wonr let u try on not even to get an idea he is a pig. yeah & after what he did to me i wouldnt recomend taking young girls he does get hand on like oh we need to take this is grabbing u etc..they honesly do bad business, they have poor manners and etiquete.. some of her dresses are used even.. it is just all kinds of wrong.

the shoes for the tuxes are extremely old laces torn and souls tearing off if they are dirty they make us clean them with gasoline. just so many awful things they do.. they have no compassion and respect for their custumers whatso ever. do not help them grow this awful business they do not deserve it.
