poor customer service. Wal-Mart does have low prices, but having become such an enormous entity and a common household name, this company has forgotten the true meaning of customer service. The quality of some of their products has declined and forget any kind of assistance if you are looking for something in particular, you are lucky to get someone that knows where the pencils are. Although most of the customers already know what they are looking for and where to find it it's that small percentage of items you can't find. Oh and the wait in line is rediculous as well. They have 20 something registers and yet only 10 will be open, and the wait at the customer service desk is atrocious, 2 or 3 associates and 10 or 15 customers.
