"RUDE!!!!!!". I have visited Ruby’s few times (at least twice every month) in past 3 yrs. This time i was there was eyebrows and haircut; Sana - did my eyebrows, and Mumtaz -haircut. Sana, while doing my eyebrows threading(using her mouth!!!!) was complaining to her colleague on how the previous customer's friend was so cheapoo and influenced her customer on the tip amount, and that next time when the same customer comes, she will keep a look out for her friend. (Customer's friend, please don't go there for your own beauty sakes!)

on the other hand Mumtaz, was so polite, patient, limited talk, very professional. Did a great job!

Then it was time to pay --- Mumtaz took me to the counter, started adding up the services and took my credit card to perform the transaction, then SANA, (dont know where she came from) - went behind the counter - looked at Mumtaz, “did u add my service” - checked to make sure it was added up - mean while mumtaz, gave me the receipt for signature, distracted by sana's attitude issues – I signed and returned the receipt. Sana - pushed back the receipt and said "PUT THE TIP”, I am more than happy to tip (i worked for tips too, i understand the appreciation); but was just very amazed by sana's attitude though out, remembered her previous conversation about the tip and her friend- scared for my eyebrows, i just gave her the tip. (May b, Ruby doesn’t pay them salary, and they all just work for tips, that’s why it was so important to be rude)

Ruby, I have been coming to you for past 3yrs.. spent in hundreds(may b even thousands). i have experienced bad customer service few times already, but now i am walking away -- there are at least 5 other salons in less than a mile radius, that are cheaper and less busy than Ruby's because of the location at which they are placed -- Apsara, Pakeeza, Anisa, Sameeta, Rina's.

Terrible. I've been going to this place for over two years. First of all the quality of threading has gone down hill. Before, there were more younger ladies that did a great job and very careful to a single hair. I'm not discriminative but now mostly older women who can't see well. They constantly miss out spots or even ruin my eyebrows. Every time, I had to plug the hairs out myself at home afterward.

Don't even try the HAIRCUTS. Both times my hair was ruined. I went there for the cheap and ended up to spend two times more for a fix.

There are a lot more affordable places with better quality.

Great Service!. Friendly staff and workers. Professional. I was completely satisfied with what they do here! prices are nominal.
