MUSTY SMELLING ROOMS-. I was at the Hilton garden Inn for a few nights and my room was so musty smelling I bought a candle at a local CVS to try and block the smell! Room service was friendly and helpful, however the meal I ordered (a steak) was WAY overcooked... when I let the kitchen know they sent a new one up, but still wasn't thrilled with it. I was there for a conference and as a former meeting planner I have to say the dinner service at the conference was disappointing as well.. Those of us who ordered the salmon were served first (about one out of 6 people) throughout the whole room- and then sat there while our food got cold for a about 10 minutes until they server the other diners their steaks. Not HORRIBLE... but not great either...
