The Place to NOT Get Service

I stopped by after work to have a drink and dinner. It was tough enough to get a drink, so I didn't even bother with ordering food. The sad thing is that they weren't even busy, but they(bartenders) sure did have plenty of friends there. I'll give it another shot to see if second time will be a charm.
