Its a Damn Shame,

I have been a member of L.A fitness even before this location was opened. last night I went by to pick up my little brother and heard the reception yelling at folks and since my younger brother (14yrs) started laughing was told to "shut the f**k up". i got involved and told the girl to calm down. and confirmed with her the time IT WAS 12:01. and she told me to "get the f**k out or she would call cops on me and my brother". If you dont mind getting treated like that, more power to you.

Worst customer service ever seen

Met the worst sales person when i went to this LA fitness today. Once he heard I was not about to make decision to purchase the membership on the trial day, he immediately find excuse not to let me use the facility at all. His comments were absurd and stupid. Did not care lying about my statements to his co-worker when approached with question. All he care about was selling you the membership. Complaining to the manager was useless. I went to a different LA fitness without any problem on the same day. Will not purchase the membership from this store. A big loser & shame of LA fitness.
