Lack of Supervision/Safety Issues for Kids. I was really hoping to like this place...however I was very disappointed once arriving to Monkey Bizness with my 3 children. I was led to believe that there was a play area for my 18 month old toddler. This was not the case but instead felt like a glorified bounce house room. I easily forgave this as I could occupy my sons time while my girls played around in their many bounce houses, after all we were there to have fun and burn some preschool energy! The frustration came when I witnessed several adults playing along side their kids...mind you very little kids play here too. I am all for having fun with your kids...don't get me wrong, but when overly large adults are sliding down their monster play house and admit as much that they cant control their bodies and where they land...this becomes a little frightening for kid safety! I approached management about it and they said they had no rules against parents playing along with their kids that they encouraged it for kid safety of that particular kid...when I tried to explain my thoughts I was easily dismissed by management. I also found it disturbing that their rock climbing wall had only a rope to keep kids off of it as well as a flimsy landing mat...could this really be safe if something were to go amiss.? At no time did I see an attendant anywhere in sight or anyone monitoring the two different play areas. No Doubt We Will Not Be Returning. There are plenty of places to take my kids that are in the business of not just making money but to really make it a fun and safe environment!

Best Party Ever!. Just had my son's 8th birthday party here & in his words,"thanks, mom it was the best party ever". This place is huge with lots of room for all his friends. They loved climbing the rock wall & doing races on the obstacle course. The staff was great very friendly & wonderful with the boys. They took care of evertything, invites, plates etc & we ordered pizza & even the parents commented on how good the pizza was, not the usually cheap pizza that you get from place like this. Now my daughter wants her party there too!

birthday parties are rushed, no manager on duty. We just had a party there 3 days ago. If you want to rush it...this place is for you. My biggest problem was I was told to be there (in writting) 1 hr prior to the party to "set up." I spent $143 on decorations to have a Backyardigans theme and when I asked which party room was ours so that I could begin setting up prior to guests arriving....I was told that we could not ener our private party room until 12:45pm (Our party started at 12). Apparently, there was another party gping on in there and as soon as one is moved out...you're pushed in. Its very rushed and had I known that..i would have taken my $455 elsewhere. My guests complained of table clothes being rolled up while they were still eating. I was embarrassed. we did get contact info and will be contacting the owner of the business. Will not have another birthday there. Make sure you don't purchase your own decorations since you're so rushed. Also..they do supply their own plates and cups and they'll set that up for you.. not reccommened for themed parties. When we asked for a manager..I nearly laughed at how unprofessional the 3 tenagers handled it. They all looked around and actually said aloud..."Aren't you supervising today," to one of the girls working. Are you kidding me? At least be cool about it. Messy! Hope this helps. we do love visiting MB during the week...often we have it to ourselves and the place is HUGE! You'll love the 2 story slide.

Poorly Manage, Too many Teens Not Enough Adult Supervision. I have had more than 2 parties there and they were fantastic, but when my teenage daughter actually wanted to work there we thought this would be great, turns out not so great. Management is not professional and not mature enough to be running a company that caters to children.

Company is run by a bunch of teenagers with attitudes. No adult management at all during the evening hours. Company is not so professional when it comes to following Federal Hour and Wage pay rates.
