Really impressed with Bel’s new price match policy. I feel much less pressure to make the right decision when I know they match the lowest price if I happen to find it. So many sofa choices out there and I just want to make sure I’m getting the best deal for my family. Thank you, Bel!

My wife is really into organization so she got me a home office for Christmas. I wanted a sound system…...but it looks great our den and it gives me a chance to get away, so I can’t complain. Great quality, thanks Bel!!!!

Wow I got a complete living room set and a free HDTV??!! Really happy that now my whole family finally fits on the couch. Game looks great in HD. YEAH go TEXANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I just moved into our first apartment and needed new furniture to fill the extra space. We’re on a really tight budget, so we decided to check out Bel Furniture’s Clearance Center near Greenspoint Mall. As soon as we walked in, everyone was really friendly and nice and made the whole process really easy. We found tons of great stuff and still spent less than we’d thought we would. I would definitely recommend the clearance center to anyone looking for great deals on QUALITY.

My mom always did so much for us when we were growing up so when I heard about Bel Furniture’s Mother’s Day coupon sale on Facebook, I knew exactly what to get her. I picked her up and took her to Bel Furniture, coupons in hand, and she was so surprised when I told her what she was getting this Mother’s Day! She picked out a new couch and loveseat set to replace the old one she’s had for as long as I can remember and we set up delivery two weeks later. The delivery guys came on time and were very friendly and helpful to my mother, which I really appreciated!

BELL FURNITURE-WORST PLACE TO SHOP FOR FURNITURE.. WORST PLACE TO SHOP FOR FURNITURE IN HOUSTON, TX.

In our 13 years in Houston, we never experienced SUCH BAD PEOPLE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and BAD ATTITUDED as we experienced here at Bell Furniture's this Beltway@ I-10 location. The sales staff is good but the higher ups, like store manager or so level of people, are so BAD and FULL OF ATTITUDE.

The set we selected was priced $2399.99. Manager Fred called after few days that set was sold (DESPITE OUR $1800 DEPOSIT)? The only set left was a floor model, we were offered a 7% discount (because of being floor model) and we agreed to buy. Here is the BEATUY OF CALCULATION, our new invoice after 7% discount (for same item of $2399.99) was $2487.99. ISN'T IS GREAT?

When we asked to cancell our order, there will be a 25% restocking fee / charges (FOR THE ITEM THEY DID NOT HAVE IN THE STOCK).

Please throw your money in trash, BUT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BELL FURNITURE, SPECIALLY AT THIS BELTWAY8@I-10 LOCATION

Great quality. My wife and I had been looking for rugs for quite a while and could never find exactly what we were looking for. It was always a matter of having to compromise something, whether it be the design, price or quality. Glad we didn't give in and compromise anything because we found a beautiful, great quality rug for the lowest price yet at Bel Furniture.

WARNING. Warning do not shop or buy at this establishment please read all the reviews first. This is the first time I have written a review about a company but I felt obligated to warn the average customer like myself with my dealings. If you think I am just one please read all the bad reviews on multiple web sites. This company has the worst customer service and has over a two month period has not sent me the table and chair I purchase from the Gulf Freeway Webster store. When asked for a refund they will send a check by mail after accepting cash payment. Most of the furniture is produce in Vietnam and is of low quality and packaged in boxes. They company tried to delivery the wrong table and chair with white paint on one of them all scratched. I told the delivery person to take it back it is unacceptable. As he speed off very fast I can just image the load being tossed around on his truck. Do yourself a favor shop some where else.

wonderful mattress. I always thought Bel Furniture just had mostly furniture, but I was really pleased to see their huge line of mattresses. We got a really nice bedroom set and a wonderful mattress to go with it!
