No one does it fresher !!!. I have never written a review about anything. I am willing to make an exception for Sunrise Taquitos. I have been eating at Sunrise Taquitos since 1996, back when it was Taquito Joes, located on Bellaire. Sunrise Taquitos has something that many reviewers miss , and that's a distinct personality. If you have been to Sunrise Taquitos three or four times, the people there know you. It is a family business and it won't take long for you to feel like part of the family. Some people say the food is better since the move. I must agree. The food is still as fresh as it ever was; there is something to be said about seeing people smiling and waiting in a line (that sometimes stretches outside the small restaurant). Maybe it?s knowing no matter how busy it gets, Gina, Janie-may, Lily, or even Abraham ?The Taco Nasi?, give each person that little extra attention, which makes my visit a must every day. For those who don?t understand people's loyalty to this place; just let me say this; every time I walk in, someone says hello, ?Hi Honey? (Janie-may), shakes my hand, sometimes even a hug if I?ve been on vacation for a while. The food is wonderful, the tortillas are made from scratch, but most importantly the service is absolutely unmatched. Dont worry if your in a hurry, just call ahead. Personaly I like to visit, I think you will too.

Awesome Mexican cookin'!!!!. I love this place. I love everything about it. I try to go at least twice a month MINIMUM! I love the Migas! The potatoes and beans are so good here...and the tortillas! I can't get enough of this place! And I have eaten at several locations, but this is the friendliest location!
