This is the ABSOLUTE WORST possible towing company to call. The ONLY reason that I have had to call them is because they are the ONLY company allowed on our private property at Riverstone II Condos on Meadowglen Lane, Houston, Tx 77042. They NEVER return a call at ANY time and they also NEVER SHOW UP!!! Every time you call, you get an answering machine saying that they are assisting other customers...PLEASE!!! You people are just to LAZY and are apparently against people of caucasian decent, because you are of Spanish background and I AM WHITE!!!! That is what it has to be. I will be contacting the Better Business Buearu to inform them of the MOST AWFUL experiences (YES, more than 3 times I have been ignored), and hopefully the Better Business Buearu can shed some light on this MORE THAN RUDE AND LAZY COMPANY that has never even attempted to live up to its expectations!!! SANTANA WRECKER SERVICE TOTALLY IS THE WRONG COMPANY TO ATTEMPT TO CALL TO HANDLE YOUR BUSINESS!!!
