avoid color services. Since IKE has affected my home and life, I tried this salon to help fix my hair which was despirate for a color and highlights. The stylist was the only one at the salon and was routinely interrupted by phone and walkins. I came into the salon at 10:30AM and did not leave until 3:30PM. My hair was supposed to be auburn with highlights. I always go to salons for my hair coloring. My hair when I left was jet black with some light highlights that looked somewhat grey! UGH! The stylist told me should applied the right color. She was very busy taking all walkin customers. I feel very UGLY...no one in my family has dark hair let alone black...and I have never in my life been at a salon for 4 hours to get colored. The manager said they would do the correction, but I would have to pay for the color then. I do not have confidence that they know what they are doing...and I do not want my hair to be processed again for who knows what the damage maybe.....green? Anyways I am stuck until IKE allows me to go to a professional to NOW fix me! Stay away do not let them color your hair.
