Thieves Fronting as Massage Palor. Massage Envy in Atascocita ripped me off. I signed a one year contract last year. When I went to learn how to cancel the contract after the one year was ended the staff at the front desk, on multiple occasions between May 2011 and July 2011, told me not to worry and I could do this in the last month of my contract with no penalties. The contract was to expire in August so at the end of July and called to cancel. They said no problem but then I got charged in August, September, and October until I finally threatened management. They kept claiming I had no canceled. My word of advice to you - get it in writing, EVERY time IF you choose to sign a contract but first I'd recommend NEVER signing a contract with them. They'll find some way to jack with you and steal your money!!!!

Massage Envy has no concern for customer service. The massage therapists are okay with some being very good and most being adequate. Do not expect a 60 minute massage like you paid for...the clock starts when you sign in and ends one hour after your appointment time started. That means if your massage therapist is running late, you lose time. And you are paying for the time to change clothes and discuss your needs with the massage therapist.

DO NOT use Massage Envy. They are criminals. At least that was my experience with the Atascocita Massage Envy.

HORRIBLE - Will NEVER do business with Message Envy again!. I bought my father and stepmother a gift card for a couples massage in gratitude for their contributions to our wedding. I made the 1ST appointment and had to call and reschedule. They never put the appointment in the system in the first place. My father made a 2ND appointment. When they arrived, they were told they no longer had an appointment because a member had taken their appointment time. He made a 3RD appointment, arrived, and they had never made an appointment for him. He tried walking in, they told him he had to have an appt. He made a 4TH appointment on MOTHERS DAY for him and his wife. Upon arrival, they told him, there was only room for HER massage. To this day, he STILL has not gotten the massage I paid for! Needless to say, We will NEVER be doing business with Massage Envy again!

Wonderful Massage Great Deal. This is the best deal on an hour massage I've found. Though it's cheap, the establishment does not seem so. And most of the therapist are great. Theres a therapist for everyone there, they have so many and have all different skills and styles.

Had one bad experience with a therapist there that was entirely TOO deep with her elbows and cause some pain afterwards. I understand some people like that, only go to Jewel if you like pain.

Other than that I love it there and plan to be a member always.

Great times. Not much to say, but for the most part if your happy with the services you usely do not have much to say... It's only if your unhappy that you display your thoughts. I called in to see if they had an open appointment late Thursday night and was able to get in at 8pm. The front desk staff was fine and the message was not bad at all. Overall, I will definately visit again and take my wife with me.

Nice Massages, Rude receptionist staff. I am a member of massage envy and I do find it very relaxing to get massages here. The staff is kind and professional and I think they do a pretty good job. I have gotten massages at other places that I enjoyed more and my main gripe would be that they don't press hard enough and work on my knots enough, but i have used a different therapist every time and every massage is better than the previous one.

The biggest problem with this location, and what keeps it from getting four stars, is the girls at the front desk. I have been in four times so far and EVERY time the girls are rude to each other, talk down at one another and constantly roll their eyes. It makes me feel like I am back in high school and I wish they would keep their bickering to a minimum because it creates an uncomfortable environment in the waiting room. I am there to relax, not relive high school and all the petty drama.

"Membership" is a swindling business!. I went there twice and on the second date signed up for the membership, which entails one massage every month for $59. I was doubtful upon doing this, since the massage therapists barely get into the deep tissues (despite direction from me), but my doctor wanted me to have regular massages. I called today to reschedule my appointment and the "lady" could not have been more rude! I've already paid for this massage because of the automatic withdrawal they do from my credit card, and she told me there would be an extra fee for cancelling so early (I called right when they opened). At any rate, I am disappointed by the lack of member "benefits" a member has, and by the rudeness of the employee. I also wrote corporate regarding my concerns.

Great Massage, Great Price. I tried Massage Envy for the first time last week. I was blown away! When I saw the ad for a $39 massage, I had my doubts, but they quickly won me over.

I called on Friday morning and they were able to schedule my appointment on Friday afternoon. I expected to have to wait at least a few days.

When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and offered a bottle of water.

But what really impressed me was my massage. My therapist was awesome. I have had a lot of massages and I have paid a lot more but this massage was among the best I have ever had.

I will definitely be going back!

just bad massages!!!. I went to this Massage Envy and I tried every massage therapist there and I was disappointed every time. I know it's cheap but you get what you pay for,thats for sure. I will never go back and for now on I will spend the extra money and get a real massage therapist..massage envy =bad massage!!!

My husband and I have both had massages at Massage Envy-Atascocita now. We love it!. The place was immaculate and very relaxing. I heard nothing but the beautiful serene music. The aromatherapy was another nice touch. Curtis did my massage and include several streching techniques that really help loosen the muscle in my neck and shoulder. This was the best massage I have ever had including the $400 massage I had in Maui! My husband went in practically kicking and screaming when I suprised him with a massage for his birthday. He kept saying he did not like massages. Well, Carol, at Massage Envy changed his mind quickly. He absolutely loved it. We are now booked for a Couples Massage for Valentine's Day!
