A bargain for people who like regular massages!.
If you walk off the street and into a massage provider, it is going to run you at least $60 for an hour. If you get a membership at Massage Envy, it will be considerably less and the more often you go, the more you save.
Ask for Patricia. I had never had a massage before and she put me to sleep!

Do not sign a contract. Be ware of the sales persons verbal comment. You cannot get out of the contract, even if they tell you otherwise. Do not sign a contract. It is not worth it.

Professional and Polite Staff. This place is very professional. I had bought my wife a massage for Christmas. She went in and had a good time. Her masuse (spelling) was wonderful. There was a mix up on the length of time she was to have. I called to clarify what happened and Carrie was more than willing to help with the mix up. No questions asked. Like I said, VERY professional.

Rude staff; refused to give deep tissue massage; they are healthcare professionals and know what to give you..
I just left Massage Envy on Katy Fwy. WITHOUT a massage. I have had massages before but never at a Massage Envy. They were 10 minutes late taking me to the back for my appointment even tho I was 15 minutes early. The therapist insisted that she WOULD NOT give me a deep tissue massage and WOULD NOT do a complete body massage. She would only do specific areas if I would tell her which areas. She said that she was an RN and knew better. Both her and the manager defended that she was an health care professional and knew better. They were both just rude.
I WILL NEVER RETURN to any Massage Envy. I can spend my hard earned cash someplace else.

So relaxing and just what I needed!. Each time I walk into the Massage Envy in Katy, I am greeted by name by the front desk staff. I always feel so welcomed there. I have had several massages from several different therapists and each one delivered a wonderful massage. It's hard to say which was the best--they were each different but completely what I needed at the time. The therapists take the time to find out your individual needs and customize the experience for you. The environment is always relaxing!!

Wanted a message..not a sales pitch!!. I went to Message envy on Fri. and I dont think I would go back..I took my boyfriend there for his birthday and I got a message as well. I told the girl that I had had a sports message before and didnt like it and that I was there for a relaxing (swedish) message and that I had some tightness in the shoulder/ neck area. She ended up giving me what I would consider a sports message and spent the whole hour on my shoulders. I guess if you tell them that you have a problem spot they spend the whole time on that area and you dont get any other area messaged...To top it off I wanted to pay for my boyfriends massage for his b-day as a surprise, but instead got an uncomfortable sales pitch..( not terribly romantic to say the least) Then the girl at the desk procedes to ask me how my message was in front of the girl that gave it too me...What did she expect me to say?? I would rather spend the extra money and go somewhere that is relaxing and not a message assembly line.

Awesome massage.. I had the most awesome massage with Maria.She was able to go deep in the areas I needed most. I realized that I needed to get massages more often.
