They are not the friendliest, but the Food is Good!. There is no doubt that the food is very good at Triple J's, but, it is true that the people that work there don't seem to have good customer serve skills. I wish that they would address that. Several customers that I have talked to have said the same thing. How hard is it to ASK YOUR EMPLOYEES TO SMILE sometimes when addressing a customer SAY HI, MY I TAKE YOUR ORDER OR SOMETHING before they start talking to everyone in the place but the customer. IT IS CALLED COMMON COURTESY. But again they know that there food is good.

I have come to not expect politness when I go to Triple J's,

I just get my food and go. When I think about it, that is SAD. Very Good Food though.

Best Ribs, Homemade stuffed links & they sell Delaware Punch. Best ribs i have had in my life! and links plus sauce is light and tasty. Potato salad not the best by far.

Some of the best BBQ. I love this place, good service, wonderful food, reasonable prices...try the baked potatoes!!!

Excellent food, great price, and good customer service. I have been in Triple J's (as the regulars like to call it) several times, and the food is consistently good and the service is too. The ribs and brisket are always tender, and their Big J potatoes are to die for. If the person who had a bad experience acted the same way she is talking on this review when she went in there then maybe that is why they had a bad attitude towards her. Just because it is "Black owned" as she put it doesn't mean they have to put up with bad attitudes by ignorant people. I have been going for atleast 8 years now and the employees there aren't any worse than any other restaurant (black or white) I've been to. Oh and by the way do your research the people that own it are not light skinned or have short hair. anyway, the food is DEFINITELY worth the price because it is GOOOOOOOOD!!!

COME ON NOW !1. THEY R RUDE . DONT ADMIT THAT THEY R WRONG WHEN THEY FIND OUT= THEY R WRONG... fORGET THIS RAGEDY JOINT SOME BLACK FOLKS JUST DONT DESERVE THER OWN,... wITH THERE NASTY ATTITUDES. I WILL EAT DIRT BEFORE I SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE. BY THE WAY GET UR DOOR FIXED.

Calling all Bar-b-que Lovers!!!!. This place has some "GREAT SMOKED BBQ at very low prices! & some very good sides!" But do not, do not expect to be greeted with a smiling face or friendly service. P.S., Try BIG MEATY BURGERS!
