“am an African American, poor customer service and rude, will not recommend”
“have been looking to buy a 350z for a while and this dealership had the best price.”
They dont want black customers. I have been to this car lot on numerous occasions and the staff refuse to help me. I am a black man and I have been on the lot for hours and refused help, when non blacks come on to the lot they are helped instanly. I was looking to buy an Acura and had a pre approval from my credit union and they would not let me test drive the vehicle, they told me that I have to buy it first. They had 4 sales people standing arround and I had to force one of them to help me.
Shady dealership. Besides not so good customer service as other has said, this dealer is not honest. They stopped me from writing the vin number to check the vehicle history on carfax. While I was on their small lot alone at first, I was able to check the the vin number of a 2001 lexus rx3000. The windshield ads says 103k miles, when the car was turned on, the odormeter said 95k, and when I check carfax later. The report said 156k miles for the same vehicle the last time it was inspected in Sept 2007. I think there must be something going on at this dealership. Just to be on the safe side, I recommend not to go here.
Horrible Service PERIOD!!. The customer service there is horrible. The asian manager does NOT know how to sell a car. Very surprised that this dealership is in business. I have been looking to buy a 350z for a while and this dealership had the best price. The ad on the internet said 2003 nissan 350z 60k for about 16k. i called and made an appointment to come and test drive the vehicle to see if i liked it or not. I had a credit union approval and cash down. So i get there and the window said clearly 60k but the car had 69k! i would be ok if it was rounded down a couple thousand but 9k!!! OUTRAGEOUS!! Ok so i give the saleslady my driver license so i can test drive it. Then her Asian manager came out and started to ask me about my credit and payment for the vehicle. At this point i havent even sat in it or test drive it. He wanted me to fill out a credit application first before i even touched the car. How do you buy a car without test driving it? Do you buy a new pair of shoes before you try them on? No! I work in the Fleet department for a Honda Dealership so i know how things should work. It is very sad to me because i was ready to buy the car. But the manager needs to take some classes on how to sell a vehicle. This place is a horrible place to buy a car. If you want to get pushed around and talk to like you are stupid then this is the place to go. And i am Asian as well so i can tell you that they are not discrimnatory they just dont know how to do business.
used car place.. Some weeks ago , I found an Expedition ad on the internet that looked like a good deal. But after going to LOOK (kick tires) I'm unsure about this seller. The ad listed mileage for the vehicle at 60K. It was actually 68K.Other vehicles of theirs also had mileage understated on internet ads .Also I didn't feel that they were real interested in selling to me. Their ads I viewed today in the "auto trader" mag. did not list mileage . Maybe I can get a good deal here , Maybe not . I'm scepticle. The didn't seem rude, but they did seem like they would only give you a certain amount of their time , even if they had no other customers, regardless of your race.
bad customer service. I went to dealership to check out a lexus, the sales man basically told me that i needed money down. I asked him what gave him the impression the i have bad credit or do not have money for down payment. I am an African American, poor customer service and rude, will not recommend .
CAR OUTLET LLC - THEY ARE PREJUDICED/RACIST/DICRIMINATORY. THE MANAGER AT THIS DEALER SHIP MUST BE PREJUDICED TO EITHER BLACK PEOPLE OR PEOPLEWHO IN HIS MIND DO NOT LOOK LIKE THEY CAN AFFORD TO BUY ONE OF THEIR CARS. I VISITED THIS DEALERSHIP TWO WEEKS AGO TO SEE ABOUT BUYING A VOLKSWAGON, I WAS TOLD BY ONE OF THE SALES MEN TO COME THE NEXT WEEK TO CHECK AND SEE IF THEY WILL RECEIVE A VW. THE NEXT WEEK I VISITED AND WALKED UP TO ONE OF THE SALES PEOPLE FOR SERVICE WE DISCUSSED WHY I WAS THERE AND SHE SHOWED ME ABOUT TWO OR THREE CARS. LATER ON I ASKED THE PRICE OF MAYBE 5-6 CARS TRHAT DID NOT HAVE THE PRICE LISTED. FINALLY I WAS STILL SHOPPING AROUND, I SAW A LEXUS, A MERCEDES AND ONE OTHER CAR WITHOUT THE CAR PRICE, I ASKED THE MANAGER, AN ASIAN MAN, WHOSE NAME I BELIEVE IS DIVRI OR SO, HE GAVE ME A BLANK LOOK AND REFUSED TO TELL ME THE PRICE, AFTER PROMPTING HIM , HE RESPONDED THAT I HAD ASKED THE PRICE OF 30 CARS ALREADY THERFORE HIS REFUSAL TO TELL ME THE PRICE. NOTE: I HAD ONLY SPOKEN TO HIM ONCE ABOUT A TOYOTA AVALON THAT ANOTHER CUSTOMER WAS ABOUT TO TEST DRIVE. THERE WAS ANOTHER ASIAN FELLOW STANDING NEXT TO HIM, SO I ASKED THAT FELLOW. THE FELLOW REFUSED TO TELL ME THE PRICE TOO. I WAS BEWILDERED AND AT THAT POINT WAS WONDERING IF THERE WAS SOM ETHING THEY HAD SEEN IN ME THAT WOULD MAKE THEM THINK I DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW THE PRICE OF THE CAR. THE MANAGER WENT ON TO SAY, THAT HIS DEALER SHIP IS NOT A JEANS STORE OR A SHOE STORE, AND THAT IFI SHOULD KNOW THE CAR I WANT BEFORE COMING TO THE DEALERSHIP THEREFORE I WAS DENIED THE SERVICE THAT OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE GIVEN. I FELT INSULTED AND DISCRIMINATED UPON. THIS SAME MAN MADE A COMMENT TO ME THE WEEK BEFORE, IMPLYING THAT A FRIEND AND MYSELF COULD NOT AFFORD $5000 CASH FOR A TOYOTA COROLLA WHICH WE HAD ASKED THE PRICE OF. I INTEND TO PURSUE DISCRIMIINATORY CHARGES AGAINST CAR OUTLET AND THE MANAGER. IF YOU ARE NOT ASIAN, CHANCES ARE THESE PEOPLE WILL GIVE YOU CRAPPY SERVICE AS THEY WILL PROFILE YOU BEFORE DECIDING IF YOU DESERVE SERVICE.
Do NOT buy a vehicle from these half-wits. This company is an Asian/Hispanic run operation. Sadly, there aren't any employees that speak Eanglish clearly. They are very unprofessional in that they are not well versed in the things that needed to be done to sell me the vehicle I wanted in the time I allotted them. Idrove for 3 1/2 hours to get there, and waited for approximately 4 1/2 hours before I was able to drive away with my 2001 Jeep. The only problem with that is that they said it had passed a 120 point inspestion (that covered the brakes), and two weeks after buying the Jeep I spent $250 replcing them. I also did the replacing, or it would have been more. The first time that I washed and waxed it I found that there was minor hail damage that was neither disclosed by staff, nor on the website I found it on. There is also a transmission leak. I am replacing the gasket this week.
