very clean, friendly staff, very happy with results. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and one of the causes of this is facial hair. The staff sat down and explained everything and answered all of my questions, laser hair removal is not permanent especially with women who have PCOS. I have had one treatment and I am SO SO happy with the results I cant stop looking in the mirror :) Electrolysis probably would have worked for the girl who had the six hairs on her chin because that IS permanent. I have 7 more treatments to go but it is well worth the money, its quick and mostly painless.

Very friendly! No more shaving!!!. I love this place. The ladies in there were so nice. It feels like little rubberbands popping you when they laser your armpits. I had my armpits done about 1 1/2 years ago, and the hair never grew back. No more 5 o'clock shadow under my armpits ever again :o) It's so addicting. Now I'm on my second treatment for my legs, and love the results so far.

Can't tell if the lady that posted earlier with the beard problem was really a customer, or a competitor bad mouthing them. My experience has been quite the opposite.

Terrible service, and very rude staff! AND treatment did not work!. I went to this place because it was next door to my Gym and what I wanted was to permanently remove 6 hairs from under my chin....when I walked in my first question to them was if this was permanent and how long would I have to do the treatments for, they told me that with laser it would take about 5 to 7 treatments and told me that it would totally go away. Well I have had 9 treatments and they are still coming back, when I confronted them about the poor results they were very rude and they lied and said that they never said that it was permanent....I tried telling them but it was no use because they refused to listen or to admit that they had said anything to me.....I decided never to return....I also noticed that they were very bad about the appointments and could never take me in when the hairs were in the growing stages, and a few times that I made appointments all of a sudden they could not find my appointment and had to re-schedule my appointment which took another two weeks to get in.....It was a HORRIBLE experience and truthfully was not worth it....I will go somewhere else, but this time I will get it in writing!
