I have had a lot of success at HRK. Cindy is very knowledgeable and has done a great job on my legs and face. I continue to have electrolysis on my face because, as I was told, laser only takes the dark hair. I love the new lower prices on some services. I have been a customer for five years and my daughter loves them, too.

Bad service, no results. I came to Hair Removal of Katy in hopes that they could remove or help lessen the hair on my face and neck. I had hair removed from my legs from another laser place in Houston and have had great results, but wanted to give this place a try since they had such great reviews. It was also easier to schedule appointments than the other place I used for my legs.

The owner made it sound like it was a guarantee that my hair would be gone after 6 treatments. After about 7 or 8 treatments on my face and neck, my hair is worse than when I started. I also was unhappy with the girl who did my treatments. She seemed inexperienced and it felt like she was missing spots and would rush through just to finish up. They also messed up on my billing and I had to keep track of my treatments. What a mess.

I regret going here and wish I would have just saved my money. I hope this review helps others who are looking for a reliable place to go for laser hair removal.

bad service. I had a very bad experience at this place, even though I spent a lot of money. I dont see them lasting....I dont recomended to anyone.

Do Yourself a Favor!. The best thing I have ever done for myself was to have the stiff dark hair permanently removed from my legs and underarms by Nancy. The results are amazing! I shave my legs once or twice a year to remove the almost invisible fuzz and never have to shave my underarms. I continue to visit Hair Removal of Katy for electroysis. Nancy and her daughter are warm and caring and I always leave with a smile on my face. I recommend them without reservaiton.

Best Hair Removal Specialists in all of Texas!. I was about 13 years old when I started to get unwanted hair above my lip and chin area. My legs were so dark and dense, I felt like I could braid it. This situation has always made me feel uncomfortable. But after only a few treatments by Hair Removal of Katy, I have hair free legs, lip and chin.

These technicians were extremely personable, professional and meticulous. It is several months later and I still reap the benefits of not having hair growth. Finding the right professional is just as important as fixing the hair problem - Hair Removal of Katy is that place!

Hair Removal Professionals for over 27 years - Great Reputation!. As the owner of this business, I am aghast at the posting by Anony123mous. This writer has deliberately printed false information in an attempt to discredit our establishment. We have not been shut down, we merely moved to a larger office when our lease ended. We have fully trained and credentialed technicians with an excellent reputation for safety. I have personally been very involved in obtaining licensure for this industry in Texas and fully support the required standards and certification of all establishments and technicians. We have been in the hair removal industry in Texas since 1981 providing electrolysis and when it became available, laser technology. We have helped thousands of satisfied clients and enjoy an excellent reputation. This writer seems to be very well informed about the various laser wavelength differences as well as the skin color restrictions which makes me wonder if they are not in the industry themselves. If they are so well versed in what other laser establishments use, why would they be at a consultation at our office? I assure you, they were not! Go THERE - These people are great!. I was looking for laser hair removal services in Katy recently and was recommended to go to Hair Removal of Katy. The office atmosphere was clean, open, very comfortable, and the staff were friendly, very well trained, knowledgeable about proper procedure and client safety. After consulting with them about my needs, I felt very comfortable in deciding to use them for laser hair removal on my legs, lip and chin.
