Unreliable. My OBGYN of 8 years is with OGA so she recommended this place. I stopped by after my visit with her and talked to an aesthetician. She was nice and very helpful. I left my email address to get promotions and specials since I'm very interested. I was told that I would hear from them via email very soon. I checked my email account (even my junk email) and never got an email. OK, maybe something minor happened.

A few weeks later I decided to go their website to check the specials since I never got an email. I was excited about the promotion and gave them a call. Because an aesthetician was not available, I left my work number for them to call me back as I'm still excited about scheduling an appointment. Can you believe no one called me back after 3 days?

What is wrong with this place? I decided that I could not trust any services that they would provide in the future and have given up on them.

The Best in Houston. I recently went OGA for a laser consultation. The staff was so friendly I was excited to get started right away. My laser tech was so friendly she made feel so comfortable. I was a little nervous about getting laser for the first time. She was so patient which made my experience great. I have already told my friends about this place! I highly recommend Aesthetic Laser Center.

**. I went to O.G.A to get permanent make up on my brows. I went to cosmetologist Babe Bundy, who applied the makeup very lightly due to my light complexion. She stated that I could come for a touchup if it was not applied dark enough. It was not dark enough and when I returned Babe Bundy didn't work there anymore and another lady named Shara worked there and she said it was not her problem what was agreed to by the previous cosmetologist and that if I wanted my brows done darker I would have to pay again. They refused to give me the contact info for Babe Bundy so I could get the agreement clarified.
