I was recommended to this salon by a coworker and I am so happy I made an apt. It was a great expenience! Matteo Arredondo was very nice and he gave me a fabulous cut!! He did a beautiful job with my fine hair and his styling abilities are exceptional!! It's the best my hair has looked in a very long time! If you are looking for a new sylist, you won't go wrong with Matteo!! I also had color done by Laura and Wow, what a difference!! She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I was looking for!! Thank you both for making me look so much better!! I will definitely be back!!

I've been going to Roi for about 3 years now and he is great. He always confirms what I'm wanting done to my fine, curly hair. I adore that about him. He's the only one to touch my hair when I go to him. I was in a wedding last year and I thought he was going to cry because my hair would not do what we were trying to do. (My hair's fault totally not his.) I ended up getting the most compliments on my hair EVER!!! I love Roi and hope he never leaves Houston.

I was looking for someone special to cut and style my hair. I had the same stylist for years in Phoenix and have received a couple of okay hair cuts since I moved here in July. I was affraid my search might take awhile. Matteo Arredondo did my hair today and he did a wonderful job I look and feel amazing. It takes someone special to cut long hair Matteo cut my hair as though he loved it. My search is over. Ladies if you have long hair and love it you will love it even more after Matteo gets through with it. Thanks Matteo

Linda Chambers is the best hair colorist I have ever been to. She has been coloring my hair for many years and when she went to Kharisma I followed her there. She keeps up with the latest products and techniques in hair color. One time I went to another colorist at another studio when she was not available and I was not happy with the color. I had her change the color and she patiently went though all the steps to change it back to the right color. She is an expert in color correction. She is simply the BEST!

I made an appointment with Naz and had a great experience. I love my hair cut and all the advise she had for me. She also told me exactly what to do so I can get the same look she gave me. She is very knowledgeable and I will go back to her! Thanks Naz!

Jonee Avelino is amazing I always walk out looking better than when I walked in this salon has amazing customer service they treat me more than like a customer I feel like family!!!

Courtney - Extremely Talented Hairdresser!. While working my retail job in the Galleria, I asked women with great haircuts who cut their hair. Three women in a row said "Courtney at Kharisma Salon." Right after that, Courtney came into my store and I knew it was meant to be. Courtney recut a horrible haircut into the cutest style preserving my length. I have never had so many people ask me who cuts my hair. I have seen Courtney a second time and again she cut my hair into the best cut and was respectful of my wanting to grow my hair out for my upcoming reuntion. Highly recommended!!!

Brandy: Hair Guru. Went for my first haircut with Brandy at Kharisma studio right after work today and it's a shame it's only Wednesday and not Friday night... I can't show off this new style! Brandy's the absolute best. My hair's pretty hard to manage and it's been hard finding the right stylist to give me the right look so a friend of mine recommended her. I'm used to having to flip through magazines to find a style, but I was surprised the moment I stepped into the salon: Brandy was already waiting for me when I stepped in so she took me right to her chair. As soon as I was seated, I told her I wanted something short and sleek, and after she played with my hair and studied it for a bit she recommended a few styles that would look best for the shape of my face. So I went for a sleek do where the hair's shorter in the back and goes slightly longer around the face. God. My hair looks amazing. I feel sexy and classy. If you want someone with real skills, go to Brandy. As for the salon in general, I highly recommend you go. The salon looks chic, everyone is super nice and they make you feel more like a welcomed guest than just a customer.

avoid this place. I went in for a basic trim with Brandy. She did the exact opposite of what I had very specifically asked her to do. I could not believe it. My hair could not be easier. It is very straight and fine, and just needs to be cut blunt. We discussed this and agreed. She sliced the front of it so badly dragging the scissors through it and thinning the front on one side so that the hair goes crazy--I even left the salon looking like a complete weirdo. Bottom line: I was not listened to at all, and my hair is a disaster. I would NEVER go back.
