Great organization and flexability for large or small meetings or events.. Pearlette and her company are very good at satifying one's meetings needs. We had had numerous meetings held in various places that were coordinated by Elan (Austin, TX, Colorado Springs, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Sedona, AZ; New Orleans, LA; Point Clear, AL to name a few). All meetings have been extremely well organized, and Elan personnel have always catered to the wishes and even the whims of their clients, always negotiating the best value without sacrificing quality of experience. They do an excellent and professional job.

Top notch personal care. Elan Meetings & Events is a first rate agency that takes care of all the small details that everyone else overlooks. She handled a large event for our company in Austin with flawless execution. Her ability to work with mutiple companies and personalities to pull off the event is a testimony to her skills. Pearlette's devotion to her clients makes all the difference in the world. Withing 10 seconds you realize how sincere she is and how devoted she is to serving her clients. No detail or request went undone and she took care of things before we even thought about having them done.

We would not hesitate reccomending Pearlette to anyone. She definately takes the hassle out of organzing a function but more importantly she will improve the event so that it is enjoyable for everyone.

Amazing customer service, creative and caring. This is an amazing company. They went way above and beyond to create a wonderful event for my faculty appreciation lunch. They were responsive and professional even when we changed the theme twice- they didn't even blink!

Best customer service. Elan meetings and events helped me to prepare an awards banquet for 4 centers I work for. We went back and forth on themes and wants between the centers and all the time E.M&E supported us, gave us ideas and was very patient with our changes. The day was so successful. Our employees were amazed at how wonderful the venue was and the little extras that were all organized by E.M&E wowed them. We cannot wait to have another banquet and will be sure to call on E.M&E.

Extremely professional, organized, and dedicated to clients. I was a pleasure working with Elan Meetings and Events to plan my wedding. I didn't worry about any details they were all handled by Elan. I was always able to reach someone and all my concerns and questions were immediately addressed. I had an very elegant and beautiful wedding that I will always remember.
