VERY LOW CLASS. oK, all the good reviews were from last year when they had a regular esthetician, I believe her name was Sylvia or cynthia. This place is not a spa anymore. this place is now a clinic for some worker's comp. injury or something. It is run by hispanics and asians who do office work not spa. It is low class, dirty and cheap. Bad quality, rude with zero customer service. Do not waste your time or money.

Terrible Customer Service, Unprofessional. This spa is horrible! They are always late for your appointments and will not let you talk to the manager to complain. I DO NOT recommend this spa to anyone! I don't think the business is so good because I was the only customer in the spa every time I had a treatment. They are very unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE! The only reason I returned was because I had already paid for a package of treatments. Once my package was fulfilled, I quit going. I will find another place to take my business...

Smaller, cozier, and more services. It's not as big, more services are offered such as eyelash extensions and complete bodywork massage for men and women. I like the place even better now; it's cozier. Endermologie is the icing on the cake, Cynthia has just come back from France having learned the latest technique. Ambiance is a great little medispa in Midtown.

Immediate Improvement. I go to Ambiance for endermologie, after my first treatment I saw and felt great results. Cynthia explained that she was using a newer technique. After a little feeling of pinching with suction I had gotten rid of excess water and my pants and shoes fit looser. I was thrilled. I wanted to come everyday, but she explained that 2 - 3 times per week was the most efficient.

I highy recommend this spa for endermologie.

All positive. I've been going to Ambiance 2-3 times per week for endermologie and I can't say enough about how professional and very friendly they are. Cynthia is always ready for me with a smile, her techinque changes as my needs progress and change. I have seen results as early as my 4th session. I've also had eyelash extension by her and my lashes are marvelous, everyone has noticed them, they've lasted me about 4 weeks so far. I love the place, it's my haven for serenity and peace. It's my time to relax if I want or to have a good chat with Cynthia. I highly recommend this place for endermologie.

Lacks Professional People. Your experience starts with arriving and no one is at the front desk, a girl works there part-time and when she is there she is not friendly. The one person that works in this spa as the technician, and she goes out of town a lot, is late to her own appointments, cancels your appointments several times within just two months time. The doctor who does the mesotherapy is very rude and refuses treatment to many patients. All in all its not a very professional place and needs a lot of work.

Best Endermologie. I have been searching for endermologie for maintenance, and Ambiance is the best place by far. Aside from paying a fortune at some plastic surgeon's office, this is the best endermologie in town. The price is right, the technician is a very knowlegable, professional mature lady who knows what she is doing. I felt great after my first treatment, my clothes fit looser, and my ankles were no longer swollen. I highly recommend Ambiance for endermologie.

Effective, efficient and pleasant. I had a trial session of endermologie and I was so impressed that I returned and bought a package of 15. I felt results after the first treatment; my shorts fit looser and I was more toned. The technician, I think her name is cyntia is very professional, she works the machine very concentrated and very efficient. I loved the treatment and the results already. I highly recommend the spa it's beautiful and very relaxing.

very honest and professional (mesotherapy consultation).. I'm a 26 year old Single-Asian-Female weighing 114 pounds with the height of 5' 2 1/2."

I have read good reviews for this MEDI-spa and thought to try it out.

I have went in for a consultation - I was 45 minutes late from my original appt and they did not give me any hard time about it - and Cynthia(?) has told me.... "Honey... you don't need it.... I would love to take your money but I will be honest with you. I won't even charge your for the consultation..."

And then she gave me a big hug and told me I was pretty and don't need mesotherapy.

WOW.... She could've given me the shots without letting me know that if I lost fat from my upper arms, my excess skin would droop down.... just to earn money.

However, she gave me a correct "no," along with good sense of proffesionalism.

NO MORE CELLULITES !!!!. I can't say enough about the endermologie at Ambiance. Cynthia is an expert, she knows her stuff and will explain to you every anatomical function that is happening to you while receiving endermologie and why it is getting rid of cellulite. I am so impressed. I tried vaccum therapy, that was a waste of time, I had liposuction, that made it worse, I have had only 6 treatments by Cynthia and the results are obvious. I've been to other doctors in Houston, but no other technician knows her stuff like Cynthia does. I love the way I 'm going to look, and I am no longer afraid to be in a bathing suit. I can't brag enough about this medispa. It's a beautiful place, very serene, and I also get botox there which is done by another very qualified doctor. Ambiance is my favorite spa of all. thank you.
