Great Service. I moved to Texas and placed my insurance with Susan Ballards office. I have found the staff helpful and willing to go beyond normal duties to help. They not only made my transition to Texas insurance easy, they also helped give me information on transferring my vehicle here and how to go about getting a Texas Drivers License. Even down to giving me directions of where to go. I look forward to a long relationship and really appreciate the Texas welcome.
Incompetence. First and foremost I think insurance companies should pride themselves in their customer service abilities. Susan Ballard's employees should learn the skills required to provide ACCURATE insurance quotes before being allowed to take customer's private information. One of there employees not only quoted me an incorrect price making my husband and I cancel our current policy but misspelled our names, input an incorrect driver's liscense for my husband, got our street address wrong, spelled our city wrong, mixed up my husband's first and last name, and to top it all off what did Susan Ballard say? Not our problem. WOW what great customer service that is exactly what I am looking for in an insurance company. Now they are canceling our policy because their employee did it incorrectly and stating we have to pay over $100 more a month to stay with them. I THINK NOT! I would reccomend you find an agent who will work with you and correct employee mistake at their own expense not yours.
