Notice WARNINGS. Unfortunately, its it too late for me. The business phone number has changed, but the service is bad.

Jon Cole dismantled our DE pool filter and showed us the

4 grids from our filter with holes. He was paid up-front to return with 4 grids, $139.96, a filter clean of $140.00, labor for grid replacements of $60.00 and $11.55 in tax. My check for $351.50 has been cashed, filter is sitting dismantled and unusable, and phone calls are not returned. This is robbery. I'm sure the reviews below are bogus.

WARNINGS - these other reviews might be fake. I felt compelled to create a profile just to post this and warn others.

If you click on the reviewers' profiles that this is the only review any of them has posted. Now, that is awfully suspicious to me. It's very likely that whoever created these profiles worked for the company and wrote fake reviews to attract more customers. Based on this attempted deception, I would not choose this repair service.

Of course, there IS the unlikely possibility that all 8 of them were so blown away that they got on citysearch just to post this one singular review. Just think about it though....

Thank you for a great pool replaster. Just got my pool replastered with Tidalwave Pools and just wanted to say it looks great, thank you. Pool service is starting tommorrow.

all my stains are gone. I had some really bad stains in my pool from my last pool service guy, so I hired Tidalwave to remove them. They all came out and my pool looks better than it ever has. Thank you.

Reasonable Prices, Quality Work. I recently had my pool replastered by Tidalwave Pool & Spa Service, I was a little scared because I have heard some horror stories of people getting ripped off from other pool remodeler's. I was pleasantly suprised with their work. The Pool looks great and they were very proffesional. I will have them also do weekly service to my pool.

None Better. I Have owned my pool now for about 7 years, and I have had multiple pool service companies take care of my pool. I had just about given up on finding a quality pool service company when I hired Tidalwave Pools. I am so glad I did. They keep me informed of what they are doing, when they are doing it, and why they are doing it, all with the e-mail they send me every week. My pool has never looked better!

Pool Repair And Pool Service Was Great!. I am selling a house in Houston Tx, and my pool pump went out. Needless to say my swimming pool turned really green a week later. That's when we called Tidalwave Pool & Spa Service. They repaired the pump and got the green out of my pool very quickly. They even removed a stain that was on the bottom of my pool, and I didn't even ask them to. Thank you Tidalwave Pool & Spa Service!

The e-mail is great, very informative. They send you an e-mail every week telling you what they did to your pool, what time they were there, water test's, etc. Very thorough, and dependable.

My pool has never looked better. We have a salt system, and we have always had issues. We were always told by other pool companies that they were experts in salt systems, but we always had a cloudy pool or algea. We hired Tidalwave Pool & Spa Service, and within a week and a half it was looking better than it had ever looked. There customer service is great, and I love that you can call them at anytime. I would recommend them to anyone.
