Worst Restaurant Ever. I need to start off by saying that the service at this restaurant is horrible! The manager Kevin is not any better he has so people skills and does not know how to talk to customers that visit el toro. The funny thing is it does not stop there after being assaulted in this restaurant by Kevin and his group of friends/employees I called the corporate office and got nowhere with them I would not recommend this place to anyone if you want to have a good time DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!!!!

Awesome food and great service. This is the most fabulous restaraunt in Baytown. The food is delicious. The drinks are made to perfection. The service is the best out of all Baytown dining. Did I mention the place is emaculate. If you haven't been to El Toro on Garth, YOU MUST GO.
