I just wanted to thank you and especially Terri for providing such quality service. I was just told that Terri picked up 2 of our guys and they needed swim trunks and other things for their training course since their luggage was delayed. Terri drove them around to find what they needed. We really do appreciate the excellent service and care. I have included our Office Manager on this email so she is aware of the great service.

Nice Ride. Can't get a nicer ride to Intercontinental than that big Lincoln Town Car. Driver was professional, friendly, and on time!

Terrible Service. After sitting down with the owner for 2 hours to go over details for 2 different shuttle buses for our wedding day, we were certainly surprised when there was no service and no one to answer phone calls. The service was completely unprofessional and put a huge damper on our wedding day, especially for most of our guests who were from out of town and unfamiliar with the area. And after trying to settle the matter, they said we were the ones who should have been charged more because their bus broke down and they had to get another one. I would discourage anyone from ever using this company. What is supposed to be the happiest day of our lives turned into a huge headache making sure all of our guests had arrived.

verry bad i do not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!. they never show up to pick me up, no one aswer the phone. i don't know how they running this business. be careful!!!!
