Fantastic Job!. I called On Time Electric after seeing their trucks around our area, and seeing their commercials on tv.

I also read up on them and their reviews. I had a few questions so when called I spoke with the owner about an issue with getting shocked while in the shower. John, I think his name was, asked me several questions, and concluded my neutral, whatever that is, may be loose at the pole, so John put me on hold and called Center Point Energy for me. Center Point came out and sure enough that was the issue. Thank you OnTime and thank you John!

Very Bad Experience!. I called On Time Electric this morning to repair some issues I was having with electrical outlets in my kitchen and bathroom.

The person I spoke with on the phone told me that they charge a $59 trip charge and when the electrician arrives they will diagnose the problem and give me a price for the repairs. I agreed and scheduled a meeting.

When the electrician arrived I told him what was happening and he prepared a proposal for $229 (without really looking at anything) which he said would be for doing the diagnosis and then he would give me a price for doing the repairs. I explained to him that the person I spoke with on the phone earlier told me that they would do the diagnosis and then give me a price for the repairs and never told me they would charge for the diagnosis. He then told me that is just the way it is.

Needless to say I wrote him a check for $59 and asked him to leave. I also told him that I would share my bad experience on the internet. I then called the main office number and explained the issues with them and they said they would have someone call me.

About 30 minutes later I received a voice mail message from Richard (I assume the owner). In his message he stated I was misguided and they never told me that the $59 would cover all of the repairs which I never said in the first .

I then called Richard back and when I told him who I was he abrubtly stated that he saw my review on Google and he was calling his attorney. He then called me an "a**hole" and hung up on me. I tried to call him back a few times to explain my side of the story but he did not answer his phone.

In closing, I feel like the intial person I spoke with at On Time misrepresented the charges to me and based on my short and very unprofessional experience with Richard I would highly recommend anyone considering using this company do their due dilligence before doing so.

Really nice, refreshingly professional and personable. Without question Richard was outstanding. Explained everything, personable, made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. A great experience and Richard was a great ambassador for your company. Will call on you again.

This is the best contractor I've ever used. I am remodeling my home and have found the experience to be rather frustrating, to say the least.

my plumber took off with my money, the first electrician i hired did not know what he was doing, and did not permit the work. On Time not only fixed the u******* electric screw ups, they helped me reorganize my project and saved me both time money anda whole lot of extra headaches.

good experience. i only needed a very small bit of work done (under $150), but they could have easily charged more and I wouldnt have known any different. they showed up on time, personable and professional.

Rip off!. This is a new company.

They over-charged me soooooooo much for freon. A 30 lb tank of R-22 actually costs approx $200. Their policy is to charge $145 for the 1st lb and then $39 for each additional lb. They could probably use one tank on at least 3 houses...so you do the math. I also had to ASK them to breakdown the labor and materials, which isn't a good sign. And they billed me for the time they put the quote together and looked for the availability of the parts I needed (an additional 1.5 hrs). They quoted me $1800 to fix my unit. I found someone reputable to do it for $900..and this company only charged me $15 for each lb of freon.

I tried to be fair and requested a credit back from On-Time Elec for the exaggerated charge of freon and they denied me. Wouldn't even fess up to what they pay for a tank. Just used the ol' "You signed for it..."

I'm so grateful I didn't use them for my repairs.
