My grandmother used to say that first impressions are a last, and Helena's surely did leave a lasting impression on me! The entire staff was very friendly and professional from start to finish, and get this Helena herself was greeting clients at the front desk! Making my appointment was easy, and I received a Valentine's Day complimentary "jewel" after my services. Helena's Wax & Spa aims to please and I strongly suggest you visit!

Great inviting environment and extremely clean. The front desk was willing to work with my schedule and the price is well worth the investment . If you are ever in the Galleria area looking for a amazing spa experience you will thoroughly enjoy Helena's. Highly recommended!!!

Great experience at this location. The facilities are top notch and Katia was extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this spa for the best that Houston has to offer for spa services. A+

First time I went to Helena's - I came out with a grin, because they exceeded my expectations! Very professional, clean and friendly. Usually I would feel awkward, but I felt at complete ease. As I write this I am going back again today! ;o)

Came here once to get my Brazilian done and I believe the service was nice and courteous. Helena did a great job and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get pampered.

I have always had a good experience
with Helena and enjoy her attention to the details. I have been seeing Helena since late 2005 which was before she opened her own facility. I have found her to be very engaging, very professional, pleasant, courteous and honest.
Helena always keeps a very clean and inviting environment so even an old curmudgeon like me feels welcomed. I would highly recommend Helena and her staff to anyone who is looking for these types of personal services. Even Dean and Rog with Suzie thought Helena was great, so I know i am not alone in my thoughts,

Fantastic! Staff was very attentive and professional. Almost no pain involved in the waxing process and technician verified my preferences and comfort level at every step. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Highly relaxing atmosphere. Reasonable prices. I am done with waxing at home and will be returning to Helena's.

Helena's is the BEST!!!. Every time I go to Helena's I anticipate the great service they provide from the time I walk in the door until I walk out. I will not go anywhere else for a Brazilian because their work is impecable. I suggest this place to all of my friends that are looking for this type of service.
