Would recommend him to others. He is too good in explaining the facts and spends real good time to answer our questions.

Wait time is bit more.. but its worth waiting.

Very unfair service. This was my 2nd appt with Dr. Perez. I chose this doc merely by the reviews posted by other people. Boy..was I disappointed with the service. I had two appts back to back for my daughter and me. I was 20 min late for my appt but I called 15 min ahead of the appt to inform that I was running late. So basically I was 20 min late for my appt. but 10 min early for my daughter's appt. After we arrived, they let two patients in who came in after us. I was very patient with that as I was understanding of the situation. They finally let my DD and me into another waiting room. Here, they made us both wait for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Finally the doc comes and see us both within 25 min. I ask the front desk while exiting if this is how long everybody waits. She said that they need to send the patients who came on time first and that I came late. Yeah I was late for my appt but I was not late for my DD's appt. The time was already allotted to us so then why where we made to wait so long. I have no complaints abt the doc's treatment. I write this here for everyone to see only because I don't think it was fair.

Awesome Doctor. I was extremely ill, had an awful cough with vomiting, waking up throughout the night, missed work a lot (@ an elementary school). Also, was on numerous antibiotics, cough meds, everything..My condition was ruining my life. Turns out I have asthma, totally freaked out because I always thought it was severe allergies. Dr.Perez is the absolute best, very best.

Would recommend to everyone. I have recommended Dr. Perez to all my friends. I stumbled across his practice when I had an allergic reaction to a facial product. Even though this wasn't his typical expertise, he treated me. He has always been able to help me even if it wasn't an allergy condition. (Once I had a terrible cold I thought was allergies!) I am one of those people who waits until the very last minute to go to the doctor so it is important for me to have a doctor who will squeeze you in whenever he can, which Dr. Perez does. He does always take his time explaining things to you and making sure you feel comfortable. He really is one of a kind.

Oh, and there is a parking garage outside the office building so parking seems bad, but you can always find a spot a level or 2 up.

Perez is a great Dr.. I went in for allergy testing to back years of suspected allergy problems. I had a handful of common allergies of a medium level, but Dr. Perez referred me to a sleep disorder clinic based on the symtoms I was giving him. I was shocked and totally taken offguard, since I am my own best Dr. I am a very hard sleeper, I would have never suspected this. 46 episodes an hour, my body basically crashes in and out deep sleep and I sleep so easily because my body is so tired!!!

Who would have a thought an allergenist could catch what numerous other doctors have missed over numerous years?

Best Allergy@ Asthma Doctor. My son has chronic allergies and has been miserable for years.. That's until we found the perfect doctor!

When I first met doctor Joseph Perez- Allergy and Asthma Care in Sugar land Texas, I knew he was the one.. He is so kind, great with children, and takes the time to explain every issue. He is very caring and I highly recommend him to any parent that is struggling

with finding the right doctor. We thank you Dr. Perez!

Clean Offices, Very little wait-time! Friendly, competent staff.. Dr. Perez really cared about the well-being of my child. He asked questions and really listened to our responses and our concerns. We have been rushed in and out of other Doctors' offices, but not with Dr. Perez. He even gave extra suggestions for our sons asthma control and went above and beyond, by sharing his own experiences growing up with allergies and asthma. He truly cared about his new patient. His nurses and office manager were very friendly and responsive to our financial needs. The office and waiting areas were very clean and relaxing. Even our son's little brother left with office toys and stickers, which we parents know is very important to a three and four-year old.

Thank you Dr. Perez and staff!!

User review by dorduc. Dr. Perez was very caring and was an excellent listener. I have had a history of asthma that has been normally handled through medication. Dr. Perez took the time to test me thoroughly for my allergies and has helped me control my asthma.

User review by j1asmine. Dr. Perez was very knowledgeable about my condition. He took the time to listen and diagnose my problem. Allergy testing was very easy, especially because each step of the process was explained in detail. At the end of my visit, Dr. Perez spent time on educating me. I happy to say that I am 100% better now.
