<3 <3 <3 Hair by Mark <3 <3 <3. Nobody will ever touch my hair again! Mark is amazing! :) He has a great set up, with his own private room and a great television you can sit and watch a movie or music dvd on while you get your hair done - although I am a jabber jaw and talked his ears off :) LOL. I have long (almost waist length) strawberry blonde fine thick hair - no bangs to speak of, long layers with layers framing my face in the front and sides - nothing radical or extravagant. For some reason though - I have had nothing but horror stories for years with stylists and my hair no matter where I go - I think I have found two that I have just "kinda" liked - until now. Mark is DEFINITELY A KEEPER! I WOULD FOLLOW HIM ANYWHERE! I met him initially on Facebook through a friend of a friend and had been wanting to do the Keratin Smoothing treatment for awhile - so as Mother's Day approached I decided what the heck - if I was gonna let anyone touch my hair again I was gonna go with Mark and that is what I wanted for Mother's Day so told the hubbs and we made an appointment. I was a little nervous at first due to so many stylist messin it up - but he came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. When I got there I was instantly comfortable! Mark is very knowledgeable when it comes to hair and products and KNOWS what he is doing. I will NEVER trust my hair to ANYONE else!!!! We had a great time talking while he did my hair - it was like one of my best girlfriends was sittin right there with me! Best time I have had in a LONG TIME! AND OMG MY HAIR LOOKS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS AND HIS PRICING WAS FABULOUS! I don't see how anyone can compete with him honestly and I have been to some high end stylists all over Houston and nobody can compare. He is one of a kind! I wish I could upload a picture of my hair for you to see. I don't typically spend money on myself and have a hard time doing so as a mother but it was worth EVERY DIME! I would go back and do it again tomorrow - and my hubby would let me :). He was thrilled with it as well. Mark - I cannot thank you enough! You are truly amazing. You made me feel like a princess and completely at ease. You have a customer for life my friend! <3 <3 <3 YOU ROCK! HOUSTON'S BEST!!!! Bringin my daughter in to see you next :) She has amazingly long and beautiful hair too LOL. She saw mine and wants hers done too now LOL NOT! Maybe someday when she is MUCH older but I HAVE to bring her in to see you so you can give her the royal treatment and make her feel like a princess like you did me! :) Thank you again my dear friend! Would recommend you to anyone! Keep rockin it! ;)

Hair By Mark!. I will never trust anyone other than Mark to touch my hair again. Not only did he do a great job on my hair, but he made me feel comfortable. He is there if you have an emergency problem with your hair, and works around a schedule that fits FOR YOU. I not only have a hairdresser now, but a friend. He works quickly, and he has fun while working... making it a fun experience for all. I can guarantee a great experience for anyone of ALL ages!

What a Professional!. Mark recently added hair extensions to my hair. WOW! What a difference they make. The hair looks fabulous. He's a professional and he's quick. I seriously can't say enough how great a job he did.

Additionally, I booked Mark for a photoshoot. What an amazing job. The photoshoot was fun. The makeup artist did a great job. The photos were gorgeous.

I highly recommend Mark for both the hair extensions and the photoshoot.

ARTIST..... I went to Mark after two over hair dressers put extension’s in my hair. I had the worse experience ever. My hair fell out; due to over processing with bleach. It was very heavy and frizzy. I called Mark Cortez he took me in on an emergency basely. He took out that ratty lookin horse hair and made me feel beauty. Mark is FABULOUS. When you leave you feel like a model or a movie star. Mark can change your life too.

Mark has a private room with a TV & DVD player where he does the extensions.

I watched a movie and we ordered take-out . He was done in no time at all. Mark did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Mark Cortez, he is a stand up guy and an extremely talented artist who loves what he does. Not only did I find my new permanent stylist, I made a friend forever. I love Mark and his work. I am in sales and I will refer him to everyone I know.

Marks Great Lengths extentions. Mark Cortez's hair extensions have given me the confidence I have never had, I feel like a supermodel! I have had hair extensions before this and they felt heavy and rough. People told me they felt like horse hair! Great lengths extensions feel like my own hair, and people think they are my own hair. Ever since Mark fixed my my hair color, gave me extensions, and took my photos I have been getting constant work as a model, something I never even considered prior to the magic he created with my hair. He is not only skilled in application but he understands what looks best on a women and how to bring out a woman's true beauty

There are alot better out there than Mark!!!. My hair has had extensions before so I knew what to expect. Not only was his work just so-so but he was rude and then overly solicitous trying to get a tip is my only guess. I could tolerate him IF his work was better, but it wasn't. Save your money and your time, and look for someone else. This guy is just not worth it.

You'll be a client for life.. Mark has been doing my hair for over 10 years, and the only time he didn't was when I moved to DC. I tried to find someone in DC to come close to him, and no luck! His highlights are amazing, cuts great, he isn't scared to take a risk, and he has me laughing my butt off in his chair. Plus I get to watch DVDs in his chair! His rates are a deal, and Thank Goodness I have moved back to Houston so Mark can continue to do my hair! He also does fantastic extensions.

Hair extension Rock. I am a business owner and thought i was way too old for hair extentions. I have BAD hair, frizzy, curly, you get the idea... My daughter got extensions after being referred to Mark. They decided i needed them, and i felt stupid, as a 40+ getting extension. This is my third year and I cant even see myselft without them. I went from 1 hour in the AM of getting ready and then being disapointed with frizzy hair later in day, to 5 minutes in the morning and everyone saying how good my hair looks. Mark has literally changed my Looks and made hair easy. he is the BEST 5 stars to Mark he is truly the best.....
