The treadmills there remind me of the ones you often see in people's basements, you know the ones I'm talking about-the one you bought in the 80s, now collecting dust. The equipment in this gym are really out-dated. The gym itself has a nice, friendly atmosphere, but it's really geared toward those working with a paid personal trainer. If you're looking for a gym to work out in on your own, this is probably not the one for you. Plus, they seem to have a questionable, not so "transparent" billing system that caused me quite a headache.

Cons: Out-dated equipment and small space

This is a great gym simply because it's not the typical meat market, pick up joint that most gyms in town are. People are friendly but let you do what you came there to do. The staff is professional and are all certified personal trainers. The gym isn't huge but just big enough and has all of the equipment you need.
