Worst Landlord I've Ever Had. This landlord was a total jerk. I got to the apt. and it was filthy dirty and had no fridge. Landlord stated he didn't expect me so soon (even though I paid for the whole month and got there the 2nd week of the month). In the end the guy gave someone the key to my apt. one week before my lease was up and never told me. I came home one night and thought someone had broken into my apt. Of course there were no replies to my calls or emails. I haven't seen my deposit and it's now been 2 months. Absolute JERK! STAY AWAY!!!!
