American Laser Centers are a SCAM!!!

I paid $4500 and saw absolutely ZERO results. Then the manager at the American Laser Center took it upon herself to charge my GE Credit Card an additional $500. I asked her to reverse charges for the $500...She did not and the corporate office is claiming ZERO REFUND POLICY. WHAT??? They can charge my credit card as they please and not have to give the money back???? TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!

I went to american laser when our secretary recommended it. I went only to get a consultation and after the initial "advice" they pushed me into getting a package with them - which not to mention is VERY HIGHLY overpriced compared with other services in Houston for the exact same quality. American Laser claims to have the "best" service out there which I do not agree with. After purchasing the package for a HUGE amount I went for my first treament and realized it was a very big mistake. Their service is the worst of all. They are not as nice as when you go in for consultation or till you get your package. I fought with them to get my money back which ended up in vain. They do not give your money back. I stopped making payments and complained with care credit and after 12 months of to and fro and with legal advice I got partial amount back.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. There are several other places who can provide same or better quality for much less price. Please do your research before you pay your $$$ to any laser center.. definitely avoid american laser.

Be Aware, you may not get what you pay for.

I originally went in for a consultation at the location on Southwest Freeway. I felt the price was more than I was willing to pay. Then months later they called me from their new location off of W. Airport. They offered me what I thought was a good deal, so I signed up. At first the treatments (photo and micro) seemed great, they even treatment me like at a spa. But mid-way through my treatments they started giving me quick treatment and did not apply any lotion to protect my skin after leaving. I mentioned it to the manager, but she did nothing. I was at my second from last treatment and was told I would have to wait 5-10 minutes for a conference call from Corporate. I said if I have to. That turned out to be a 45 min wait, I was on my lunch break and had to leave when they finally came out. About 20 min into my wait another client came out and asked where did they go, they had left her in the room half way through her treatment to take a quick call. She was angry and knock on the door, one came out to finish her treatment, which I'm sure was rushed. I complained about the wait, the manager apologized, but really did not seem to care. I asked how could corporate have a call when clients were waiting for their appointments. She just shrugged. Corporate does not care about their customers at all. They make sure to let us know do not be late or cancel too late or we will pay. I am in the process of trying to get my money back. I was told I will not get any back for whats left on my package, and will loose 10% on the new package I just purchase two weeks ago. If I get that back at all. Boy, was I stupid to buy a new package. Please be cautious if you do buy.
