Great service, very reasonable price. We had a 1 yr old Samsung 50" flat screen that was flickering. Of course, it was just out of warranty. Tech knew the problem, had it fixed in 15 min for half the cost of samsung's certified repair company.

Excellent Service, Courtesy with a Smile!!. I got home at 5:00 P.M. and my TV was down for the count. I phoned Arbat TV and was up and running by 6:30 P.M. the SAME DAY for a REASONABLE price!! I highly recommend Arbat TV.

watch out.
watch out , don't fall to five star rating like me , it looks like he writes his own reviews , i called to repair my tv , based on price he listed on line , ended paying $ 432.0
and i dont know what he did on my tv and when i asked him show me what you replaced he couldnt ,
lied , cheated . not recommended

It hurts to see a review like this posted by customer. We investigated the matter ,but could not find any invoces that will much mentioned above price of $432.0., there is no technitian's name or date when repair was done. It looks like customer (or obuser) mistaken our business with somone else. Our technicians work in front of the customers in their homes, estimates are given and agreed upon before the work is done.Liying and cheatting is not tolerated by our policy. If you are the person who posted this review and would like to resove this problem dont hasitate to call us at 713-334-1036 .

The Best is just the BEST!. I am sending in a review just because even if Arbat was not able to service me because I live out of the Houston area, it was the fact that they tried to be helpful and steer me in the right direction to get the part I needed for my tv. Not often does one get that. So if you are thinking about contacting Arbat, you are wasting your time, you SHOULD be calling them! Not thinking about calling them. .....

Best service, look no further. Mike from Arbat quickly responded to our repair needs for our projection TV at a time that fit our schedule. Not only did he fix our TV problem, he also explained what the problem was and then reconfigured our wiring to enhance our image quality. I strongly recommend their service.

Excellent Service - Fast Response. I hired Arbat to fix my broken 46-in Sony TV. They diagnosed the problem over the phone, ordered a part, told me it would take about a week for the part to come in. They called me within 5 days to let me know they had the part. They came to my house that same day and fixed my TV. Great service, great price, did what they promised. They also looked at my setup and gave me some ideas on how to hook things up a little better. Great guys.

not sure what everyone is talking about!. I have called this company 2 times to have my big screen repaired and it has been almost 2 weeks and no call back yet. I am in the service business and if I don't return calls I lose money.

Agree with Positive Ratings!. I called Arbat TV and initially was told they did not service Sharp TVs. However, that evening I received an e-mail suggesting they could help anyway. I called again and the matter was resolved immediately. This operation is good, helpful and honest. If anything goes wrong again with any of my TVs, Arbat is the first place I'm going to call! I was impressed. Thanks.
